Worst sandwich I ever had. Ordered guac on my chicken jalapeño wrap for $1, I didn’t even get a tablespoon worth. The guac was in a small glob in the bottom of one of the wrap halves. The dry jalapeño pieces were also all in one chunk and there wasn’t much chicken. Mostly Mayo and lettuce. Huge waste of $15.

We order online ahead of time for pickup. We order a sandwich which doesn’t by default have cheese on it. On multiple occasions, cheese has been added to the sandwich where it was not ordered. This makes my wife’s sandwich not edible as she is allergic to dairy. They did that when I ordered in tonight, too

Ordered my sandwiches to be delivered at 5:34pm called at 7:23pm once I realized nobody was coming! They told me that the driver is off shift now and they don’t know when they can deliver my sandwiches! No apologies or nothing! Waited 2 hours for no food! Used to go here a lot. Last few months, whenever I’ve gotten a spicy Italian sandwich, I get ripped off. Supposed to be double salami, capicola, and provolone. What I’m getting is a single layer of cheese, double salami, and zero capicola.

Jimmy John’s itself is good. What I don’t like is that the delivery driver, at this location and only this location and only a certain driver, rings your doorbell and has you sign for it if you don’t leave a tip prior to delivery. I always tip cash and will wait for the people if they don’t do this. But, indirectly asking for a tip is annoying to me.
