The North Medford store in the Medford center has terrible customer service the kids making the sandwiches have no idea what they are doing or how to make a sandwich. The manager was talking about me as soon as I walked out the door. I’ll never go back and I was a regular customer I would go get sandwiches at least once a week. Never again!!

Freaky Slow! Bummer it takes over an hour to get a single sandwich delivered now. Reckless drivers as well, was almost struck head-on the other night with my pregnant wife in the vehicle because they blew through a stop sign on Corona Ave, and then proceeded to flip us off when I honked.

I get food delivered by these guys (and gals) quite frequently. My order is never wrong, they never take long to get here, and they don’t mind calling so that I can meet them in the driveway so our neurotic dogs don’t go ballistic. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Ordered a sandwich for delivery. After waiting over an hour for it to show up, called to check on it and was told that it’s going to be another 20-30 min before their driver is even back and then another half hour or so until he can get her. And, as if that’s not bad enough, when I ask what they’re doing to keep them cold since its lunch meat, please tell me that they could put it in the fridge. When I questioned them, they admitted that my sandwich has been sitting out on the counter this whole time. So over an hour so far, and with no intention of refrigerating during the next hour either. Clearly ZERO guarantee or respect for food safety.

I have had food delivered from here at least 5 or 6 times my overall experience has been bad with the exception of one nice man who called to tell me my food would be late. My orders have either been late, today was 45 mins and I called to make sure they got my order I was very nice and the man was so rude on the phone. Also the bread was hard and oily which I asked for no oil . It was like an oily crouton very gross. One time I ordered and the food never showed up and they said that’s been happening just wait to see if it charges me and the wait was over an hour so it wasn’t a good time to order… I asked for the manager and asked for a refund and they said it would go on my JJ account as a credit but it never did.

Listen. I appreciate the fresh ingrediants, i appreciate being open later then most sandwhich places and i appreciate the punctual delivery times. The only thing thats been reallya bummer and a bother is the fact that every single time i or my dad orders from here theres always a mistake. The soda is wrong or theres not extra guac on his sanwhich when he had payed extra or its on the roll instead of the wheat bread. Tonight i asked and payed for extra extra peppers on my sandwhich. EVERY sandwhich i have gotten has had peppers. For some reason after its been said three diffrent times i got none whatso ever. Please, dont worry so much on the speed of delivery and worry about the quality. I treat myself and my dad treats us to jimmys occasionally, we dont mind waiting alittle longer for good quality we can enjoy.
