If you want a sub made on a real authentic sub roll, this is the place to come. This bread is hardy, not a hot dog bun. The sandwiches come in a simple menu and they will listen to your wishes if you alter the ingredients. I had a tuna club and have them take the cucumbers off. Please understand what your condiment choices are, they will make you experience next level. This is not a subway smushed roll disappointment. Although a menu filled with basics, these basics are executed perfectly.

Not what I ordered. I ordered a #11 with pickles, onions and mustard and got a lot of bread, a lot of lettuce and the thinnest little piece of turkey I have ever seen. Apparently a #4. The other 3 sandwiches in our order were correct. Fast food is hard I guess.

Jimmy John’s has fresh ingredients trained staff and good food if you’re in a hurry. Madeline seemed very helpful. Vegetarian options and nice atmosphere to dine in. This is a great place to go if you don’t mind not going through a drive-thru and coming to the counter still get your food fast but you have to get out of your car. Very fast and friendly. I’m a huge fan of the number ten. A sandwich called the Hunter. Double roast beef and cheese. The customer service at this particular location is the best I have found so far. The cashier was really nice and saved me a couple bucks by the way I was ordering. That kind of great service alone is why I will be back. Not to mention the delicious food of course. They also have some great decor in the dining room. Very fun, great choice all the way around.

Typically friendly and often ultra fast. Several times I’ve been handed my sandwich at the register even before I can pull my card out of the card reader, and then they say, “sorry about the wait”. Sometimes picking up an online order can be a little awkward, as the process isn’t totally smooth or clear. I did have a LONG wait (maybe 30-40 mins from when I placed the order) last time I ordered online to pick up in store.
