By far the worst Jimmy John’s I have eaten. Not sure what is going on here. Bread was thin and tasteless with a strangely chewy crust. Fillings were flavorless. Maybe all the recipes changed to be low calorie??? Would have been palettesble if I added mayonnaise to a tuna which is usually completely unnecessary.

Well I didn’t read the small print, assumed clothes were optional, after I was aggressively showed the small print, I put on a shirt and shoes. Apparently pants are also required according to Roseburg PD, would’ve given less stars but the sandwich was amazing.

I am very disappointed with the customer service with the Roseburg Jimmy Johns. My mom had ordered three of their boxes. I am a teacher, and she was bringing lunch to me. She ordered me a vegetarian and had added some extra veggies. I was teaching summer school, so by the time I had opened up my box, it had been awhile. I open up my box, and I realize that my sandwich was just bread and cheese, also known as a number 9 slim.

They’re sandwiches are really delicious but the prices have gone up quite high. To get a “double meat” 16 inch is $16. Single mean is great if you like a bread sandwich lol I happen to like the taste of the meat. They’re French bread is really delicious. I’m not sure if it’s short of staffing but they are not open on Sundays and Mondays anymore you’re the one and they open at 10:30 a.m.

So I ordered ahead of time because my last wait at this store was crazy long. It took 45 minutes and maybe 15-20 of those were me waiting in the store and then the girl at the counter searching for my sandwich that had been laid to the side. I love Jimmy John’s but there is no one properly managing the kids. Sandwiches sit in the window for 5-10 minutes because they aren’t being called out and there are so many people no one knows who sandwich is who’s! Get it together Roseburg Jimmy.
