Walked in tonight and wasn’t even slightly acknowledged with a hello? It was really awkward and I almost didn’t want to order because of it. The bread was also super hard and wet… i’m assuming it was fresh but not ready to serve yet. Deff go to the Pacific Hwy one, they’re so much friendlier/better quality!

Ordered via door dash at 11:46am, got an update saying my order was out for delivery at 12:20pm and the time kept going up. Finally called the store to see if door dash was glitching or what happened. They let me know they only had 2 drivers, my food was otw and there were 3 orders in front of mine. 30 mins later I get a call from the driver saying he can’t find me. Describe my location and he says ‘oh I just drove down a building too far, I’ll be right there.” Get another call 5 mins later, he can’t find me and the building # doesn’t exist…..yes, it does….you are probably in the wrong location and tried describing, again, where I’m located. Had to hop off the call bc I myself am also at work. Call him back 5 mins later bc I still haven’t heard anything, no answer. Call the store, again, and the very patient person there said the driver might have moved on to the next delivery if they couldn’t find me – but they would work their way back to me. Now I’ve been waiting over an hour, to which I’m told “everyone’s having to wait an hour today bc we only have 2 drivers”. Explain my frustration being that the driver first said he was essentially right here, and now he’s not answering and apparently could’ve just moved on to other orders. Was told they would try to contact the driver and to call back in 10 mins if I didn’t get my order by then and they would void it. Surprise!!! It didn’t come so I called back, was told to call back AGAIN in another 15 mins to *actually* void and refund my order and they would try to get a hold of the driver to still get my food to me.

Ordered on Doordash to wait 2 hrs and have the driver sit in my parking lot for at least 20-30 minutes before completing my order delivery. Literally waited for 30+ min in my parking lot for them to arrive and saw them get out of a parked car that was there the since I left my door. My sandwich was over dressed and super soggy.

I bought a wrap and it cost 10.00 ,hardly any chicken ,totally loaded with croutons that’s all I tasted ,will not go back ,I still can’t believe I paid 10.00 for a lettuce and crouton wrap

After waiting for over an hour and a half for a simple sandwich to be delivered less than 2 miles from the restaurant I called and canceled the order explaining that it would be unsafe to eat a sandwich that was out in a vehicle (Probably warm) for 2 hours. the did cancel the order but still charged me almost 20.00. Beyond crazy that they would expect me to take unsafe food, and still bill me. They did explain that at 1 pm on a weekday they were very busy,,, like that makes it my fault and I should be responsible to pay 20.00 for a sandwich over 2 hours after it was ordered,,, Good job JJ,,, way to stoop to a new low in life!!!! OH and yes I have contacted the restaurant and their customer service and I have asked that my credit card company decline the charge on my card,,,

Wish the delivery people would review if the order is “leave at door.” I was in a meeting at work (work from home) and the delivery person would continue to knock over and over. Is there a way to take back a tip? Lol

Took almost an hour and a half for delivery, and I live a half mile away. They are supposed to be “fast”. Had to call back 45 minuets after my order, they had “gotten busy” and misplaced my order. Took another 30 minutes to get my lunch. So much for being fast and convenient.

Person helped us did not have great customer service skills. She was rude to our daughter and when we order a combo, we got all but the chips. When we asked about it she claimed we needed to pay extra. The advertisement on order board said they were included. The sandwiches were good.

I LOVE this location! I often call for work events last minute because…well… sometimes, stuff happens! Today I called at 10:30 and needed lunch for 100 people BY NOON. I showed up at 11:50 and they had everything ready (except for one platter, which by the time I had everything else loaded, was ready) and even loaded it all into my car for me. They have THE BEST customer service here – thank you!
