The staff was not friendly, our food was definitely not freaky fast. We probably waited longer than 15 minutes to get two sandwiches and there was no one else in the place. One staff member kept reprimanding another staff member, and loud banging coming from the kitchen. Definitely wouldn’t come back again.

Ordered for delivery. No delivery driver so we had to go pick up. Paid extra for pickles, no pickles. Barely any meat or cheese on our subs. Mostly lettuce. Ordered the beach club which comes with avocado, no avocado. Very unsatisfying, won’t be going back.

We were visiting this weekend for a baseball tournament. There was nobody there at lunch besides the 3 workers, and it took 3 minutes for someone to help us. I ordered the #7 because I always do — it comes with double meat and cheese and is typically way thicker than the #9. My friend ordered the #9 after me. My sandwich came with about half the meat and cheese that the #9 had. I refuse to go back there and wouldn’t recommend the overpriced and undersized sandwiches they make.

I love coming to Jimmy Johns, but myself and a couple other people in the drive thru waited way over ten minutes just to have our order taken and then an additional 10 minutes just to get our food. This is ridiculous, I understand staffing issues are real and I myself used to work at Jimmy John’s, but this is not ok. Didn’t seem like there was a manager on shift to help.
