Not as advertised. The commercial had me craving a Caprese Salami Pesto sandwich. The picture up on the menu board had me salivating! Big beefy tomatoes and slabs of mozzarella cheese with pesto and balsamic glaze. Yum! Spent $19 and added a tip. Got it home and this is what it looked like…

Nothing like ordering a sandwich you think will be safe to eat, and getting the alergen you told them not to put on it. Dear corprate, your decision to make the music so loud that customers move along just severely made a customer sick because your employee could not hear me well enough to hear the difference between “no jalapenios and no crispy jalapenios”

Just a rough night. We ordered two sandwiches and it was alright so far, until we looked at them. One of the sandwiches was wrong. They gave us a beach club instead of Vito. When they made the wrong sandwich, they also decided to leave a note for us. “Enjoy, I hate making #12 🙂 ”. Professionalism is hard I guess? Vent to your coworker not to a customer!

I was just there recently with my husband. We ordered the limited special. Can’t remember the name, had Motzeralla, salami and tomatoes on it. I requested to add mayo and they guy looked at me like I was crazy! It was a little embarrassing ( everyone has different tasts). Once we received our sandwiches it was just bread… there was hardly any meat on it. The picture showed the sandwich stuffed and looked filling. But it was just mouth full of bread and tomato. We where hungry an hr later. Normally I the ittalian night club and I’m full the entire day.

I ordered one bootlegger club with light mayo, no lettuce, and no tomato. I received a bootlegger with what seemed to be extra lettuce (in pretty poor shape), lots of mayo, and tomatoes. The meat also had a residue on it, that was brown in color. I tried to give the benefit of thr doubt on that – but the quality of the sandwich in general was just “meh” at best. I also ordered one of the little John’s and while I was expecting it to be smaller, I guess I just didn’t realize it would literally be one single slice of meat for the whole sandwich, and a sad slice at that. Anyway, the service was subpar, it was very quiet and awkward. One employee who was cleaning the lobby did greet me and seemed friendly enough, but everyone else just seemed like they wanted the day to be over. The whole thing wasn’t a huge deal, but it’s enough that I likely won’t be going back and I took the time to share my feedback here.

I ordered Jimmy John’s Zesty Garden Turkey Club Sandwich online. Online ordering was easier than at some sandwich shops. Jimmy John’s is the fastest of the sandwich makers so it was no surprise that my sandwich was waiting for me when I arrived to pick it up. I had requested that the sandwich be cut in half and napkins added to the order, something that Jersey Mikes can never seem to get right. Jimmy John’s cut the sandwich in half and added napkins. When I arrived, I noticed that all workers had their hair unsecured. I hope that they remembered to wash their hands. The sandwich itself was nicely put together, with a basil pesto supplying the “zesty” part. It was OK, but really not worth ordering again. Jimmy John’s is not the best sandwich shop, but it is fast and the product is usually consistent.

This place was fantastic up till a couple of weeks ago. My latest experiences have been enough to make me not order from them ever again and I’m deleting my app. Maybe one day when they get their act together I will redownload. However, on Sunday we ordered at 5:30 p.m. and the order was accepted. I got a call 2 minutes later stating that they can’t deliver the order because they are short staffed and out of food. I asked to have the manager call me she said the manager was on her way in and she never called. I called the next day and the acting manager said they could not refund my money which of course was taken out when I made my order. She said I would have to call back and speak to the actual manager who was not there until the next morning. So I called tonight spoke with the new manager, she agreed to take my order which was very much appreciated. She delivered the order herself which was also very much appreciated. The sandwiches were absolutely not what I ordered, everything we asked not to be on them was on them and what we asked to be on them wasn’t except the meat additions. So very disappointed in the downturn of quality. Very disappointing indeed 2 stars for the effort, otherwise would have been 0…

I was really disappointed! I ordered a half hour before my lunch. I was down to the last few minutes of my lunch hour and decided I should call to see why I hadn’t gotten my food yet. They delivered it to the wrong office. So much for that lunch break.

For a company whose motto was and I believe still is, “so fast you will freak” they can pretty much get rid of that. This is probably the second or third time I’ve ordered from them in that last 6 months or so. I’ve gone away from ordering from them. My last order just took a whole hour to get here. It’s not a busy day because of any special event or anything that would be going on to slow them down so much and this is how the services been basically the last three times so needless to say I will probably stop ordering from Jimmy John’s
