Great sandwiches, it was an every once in a while thing because they are pretty pricey. But after this latest price gouge I can no longer justify eating here. It’s a bummer because there aren’t a whole lot of quick service restaurants in the area.

Got there at 8:50, they close at 9. They were having point of sale issues. Instead of turning me away and saying they couldn’t serve me, they made me a sandwich on the house. That’s how business should be done. Thanks guys!!

Went thru the drive thru today and felt very disrespected by the gentleman at the window he was very short with me and my wife and when I asked for a cup of ice water at the window he acted as tho I asked him to jump off a cliff for me

Extremely understaffed. Old food. Rude employees. I’ve had 6. I mean 6 friends apply here all with prior experience and got turned down. Smh no wonder their service is slow and their food is old. They only keep rude unqualified employees.

Honestly just very disappointed I placed an online order with a total of 4 sandwiches I came through drive through to pick up my order, the service was terrible and it took a rediculous amount of time. After waiting a guy who should have been wearing a hair net handed me a bag of sandwiches. when I got home I pulled out the sandwich that had my name on it. I had ordered a Turkey sandwich and I added cheese I had received a tuna sandwich with cucumbers on it. The smell alone almost made me instantly puke. I ended up feeding it to my dog I honestly felt bad for him this sandwich was so bad my dog didn’t even want to eat it. Just so dissapointed and discussted.

I ordered 2 sandwich today and there was hair in my sandwich. We order from this location 2 times a week. Never an issue. I a made a call and told them what happened. I said to the kid on the phone tounge and cheek maybe throwing in a $25.00 gift card on top of the refund. He let me know that manager would have to approve the refund. She gets on the phone and tells me that she WILL refund and thats it. She said I was trying to rip the store off. Read the other reviews. Jimmy Johns needs to have a more robust training agent for the managers.
