First time I ordered through the app at about 7:20 PM, I received a call saying they were out of bread (French rolls) due to 2 large catering orders from the morning. I asked if they were cancelling my order or what. The young man said my order would just take longer because they had to proof & bake the bread. I told him I would call him back because my son was picking up the order. When I called back, 3 minutes later, I spoke with Brianna, the manager, who told me she had to cancel my order because the bread wouldn’t be ready before they closed at 9. Having worked in a commercial bakery, I offered suggestions to speed up the proofing time so they could get my order prepared in less than an hour and a half. Brianna told me they can’t change the temp on the oven, proofer, or thermostat. By this point I was more than furious, a $65 order for sandwiches they can’t complete in 90 minutes!!! I asked for the owners info and she said she isn’t allowed to give that out, but offered to pass my info to the owner. That was almost a week ago and I have received NOTHING from anyone, except my money back!!!!!!

Usually a great experience here but the latest people working here zero public customer service skills. I put in a very basic order and received virtually just grunts in response. After payment the person taking my order just looked away into the distance and said “you’re good” with such dismissiveness it was actually funny. Kinda like a 90s SNL sketch. Needless to say I won’t be returning to this location, love Jimmy John’s overall though!

The food is good and the service is fast, but OH MY GOD there is an overwhelming stench of body odor in here. I don’t know if it’s the employees or what, but it was so bad that I had to eat outside.

1: definitely not freaking out at how fast the service is. Quite the opposite. 2: the girl at the register was picking at her nose then proceeded to make sandwiches without washing her hands. Two young employees working by themselves and it was abundantly apparent they had either no training or just gave zero f’s about the service. Given this generation, it probably both.

I would like to shout out the male employee on duty by himself at 2:20pm on 1/22/22. I noticed he was very clean and sanitized and changed gloves in between working the cash register and making the food. I’m so thankful. I’ve been other places and find myself having to ask the cashier to change their gloves after touching cards and money and then take the same gloves and make the food . Thank you guys for training your staff to be clean. Also my sandwich was goooooooooooodddd I had the tuna club. He was here by himself and was getting the job done. I am really disappointed at the service today. I placed an online order showed up 30 minutes later and still wasn’t ready. Waited for another 15 minutes outside to get my order and I had to bag my own food, get my napkins and grab my own cup. I asked for it to be cut in half and they didn’t do it. Those two girls working today 3/1/2022 at 1pm gave bad service. I will start driving 3 extra miles to Rancho Cucamonga now.

Ordered a sub & got a sandwich I could’ve made at home… for about $8 I could’ve made like 6 of these sandwiches at home. So apparently ordering the wheat bread turns your order into a slice bread sandwich not a sub. It would’ve been nice to know that when I was ordering. Also for some reason my sandwich tasted like there were pickles in – like there was something with a strong vinegar smell – yet I didn’t order anything that would’ve smelt like that. Will not be returning.

I went there on Monday (My first time there), ordered the tuna sandwich and ordered it in person. It was sooo good. Two days later, I called it in, paid for it over the phone. A couple hours later, I was about to eat the sandwich and it was turkey. Fortunately, my husband wanted it and I decided to let the wrong order go. I went online to order a couple of sandwiches for delivery. About 30 min later, someone from Jimmy Johns called and said there is no in house driver available and the owner didn’t deal with third party delivery. I left my name and number for him to call me back. No response. Today is Friday, I called the store spoke with a manager to make sure my delivery order wasn’t going to be charged on my credit card. Owner still hasn’t acknowledged my return call.
