Ordered a giant #14. It was supposed to come with turkey and roast beef but was missing the roast beef. Called back and was told I could get in store credit which was 1 free giant sub.

I tried to order delivery, but that failed. After waiting for an hour, I called the restaurant just for the manager to apologize for “not seeing” my order come through and saying it will be a few until it is ready. I canceled the order and moved to the next place.

Service was quick even if I had to wait 5 minutes for them to bake the bread. The crispy crunch bottom of the bread is a nice touch. Better than most of the other national chains.

Freaky fast… more like get in line and wait freaky long. No organization whatsoever. Ordered ahead, waited an additional 20 minutes in the shop for 2 sandwiches that take approximately a minute each to make. Pass. Go to Jersey Mikes instead.

The sandwiches are always delicious!! The service is always fast and either on time or early. The prices are awesome and I love the rewards. I always choose delivery especially when I’m at work. Thank you delivery drivers for always bringing my lunch on time!!
