With the increased prices for every fast food chain you would expect service to be much better. I play golf every Thursday and before playing I go to the drive through at the Carson City north location for Jimmy Johns…For the past 5 years weather permitting, I order the same sandwich and ask them to cut it in half adding Jimmy Johns hot peppers. I can count on one hand the amount of times the order was correct. I have called and let the asst manager know of this consistant issue. Have gotten no where. I don’t know how difficult this disconnect between the sandwich maker and the person who takes the order, but if it weren’t for the convenience I would never ever eat there.

Bad service, ordered a favorite which is supposed to have double meat and cheese and my sandwich had hardly any meat, didn’t have any of the veggies I ordered(pickles,onion, and oregano), didn’t cut the bread out like I’d ordered and didnt cut it in half. The sandwitch looked sloppy and I didn’t even eat it because it looked nasty. Never coming back again and you shouldn’t either

If you like moldy meat, spoiled veggies, and old tuna, North Carson Jimmy Johns is for you. Not only have I been served moldy meat here three separate times, the sandwich I ordered today was loaded with spoiled veggies that entirely reeked of onion and tuna despite there being none on my sandwich. I’m well aware that the owners and management has been notified of the food issues SEVERAL times, so I continue giving it a chance once a year or so and I am continually let down and disgusted. SOUTH CARSON JIMMY JOHNS is great, no problems like this at all. If you care about your health do NOT go to North Carson Jimmy Johns.

Giving a low rating this time….The sandwich was good but….the girl making the sandwich had her hair pulled back but on each side of her face had a long tendril of hair hanging down…right over the sandwich. Ya just dealt with a girl at this store who was very rude and hung up twice on me, all because they delivered it to the wrong house and telling me I was wrong.it took all I had not to go to the store and her an attitude adjustment. Love the food, but that worker needs to be fired. I’m guessing they dont practice proper civility there.
