Absolutely disappointed with the policy that I’m not allowed to custom my sandwich! I wanted to dress one half and leave the other half plain. They made me buy two separate sandwiches spending double, this is a policy that is for profit and not for customer satisfaction and retention. I can customize at any other sandwich shop and I will just do that moving forward.

Cold rainy day, I was shopping near by. Stopped by Jimmy John’s and tried the Beach Club. It was really good, not too heavy and fast. Very clean and friendly establishment. I was greated, offered some options and my sandwich was done within a few minutes. Has limited inside seating, 3 tables with 3 chairs. On a nice day, outside seating looks to be plentiful. Take out or to-go seems most popular here. Definitely worth checking these guys out!

When you’re able to ask questions before you decide on your order it’s easy going. The gentlemen here were very helpful when I was teetering back and forth with what I wanted because it’s been a hot minute since coming here. From the time I walked in at 13:36 after placing my order was out the door at 13:41.

Delivery was speedy! I ordered it at my my food within 10 minutes. Very patient delivery guy who did a great job. Good is fantastic. I’m celiac and absolutely love the unwhich option. There are a few franchises within distance of my home. I’ve always choose this location because I’ve never had any issues until today. My order wasn’t made to my specifications and I was deeply disappointed. There was so much wrong with my order, that I paid extra for in advance, that I won’t go into detail with. I will be finding another location to order from. **Special Note, some have food allergies that can cause major health issues or even death. Super confusing ordering process and a tiny/cramped place. I ordered a #12 which was supposed to have an avocado spread. It had maybe a teaspoon of avocado spread and 1/2 cup of mayo. Mayo wasn’t even listed on the board.
