I can’t even do two stars. The only positive thing was the fact the staff was nice enough. However this proved to be part of the problem. The guy at the counter was too busy flirting with me to get my order correct. So they ended up making the order incorrectly and had to remake it and because of their mistake I end up getting a hole size for the price of a little one. Now here comes the alarm in part as you can see in the photo. This girl did not have any gloves on and was consistently touching her hair.I honestly was a little bit alarm but I thought since the dough was raw it would cook out anything and I should be okay. Well I was wrong. I only ate half the sandwich and I got sick immediately. never again will I go there to this location. I love Jimmy John’s but I just don’t understand why she was not wearing gloves.

Although some of the reviews for this location are less than favorable, I have to disagree. I’ve visited this store 5 times in the last couple of months and each time has been great. The staff have always been very welcoming/pleasant, and the orders have NEVER been wrong. The sandwiches have always been very fresh and enjoyable. Well done and keep it up….

I have consistently order here for over 3 years now. In the recent months they have increased their prices quite a bit. Idk how you justify $24 and change for any sub, even their largest size. That just seems insane. Simply not going to order here anymore since the increases seem unreasonable. When I asked why they kept going up so frequently, the employee on the phone just said “we have to keep up with all the store around us going up too”.

Worst Jimmy Johns I have ever been to. The menu did not correctly list everything that is on the sandwiches, they forgot part of our order, and I had to bag my own food for my to-go order. Very disappointed.

I’ve eaten here a few times without any issues but I just ordered a #2 and there was almost no meat and lettuce. The sandwich was paper thin that I wasn’t even full after eating it and finishing my bag of chips which I don’t finish because I’m usually full. There was absolutely no one in there and they took their time taking my order and didn’t even bother saying hello. Probably won’t be going back here.

Holy sh**!!! I ordered a box lunch and they handed me my food as I removed my debit card from the terminal, talk about freaky fast! Definitely will visit more with that kind of service! On top of that, I thought “nothing made that quickly could be error free…” But sure enough, food was perfect. To say I’m impressed is an understatement, this is some of the best service I’ve received anywhere at any time!! I decided to try it a few weeks after they brought a yummy sample to the shop I work at (Sun Auto).

My first visit to this franchise. Unlike other sandwich places this one has a decent bread, load the sandwich with just the right amount of meat and doesn’t overload you with a ton of lettuce. They also put what you ask for on the sandwich. I had the #7 and it was pretty darn good. I will be back again.
