Sandwiches we’re good, Triple Chip Cookies were great. But it was FREEZING cold inside. I’m usually a fan of AC, but it was extreme. Didn’t say anything, I’m sure they have their reason. Friendly staff, always pretty good food.

Decent sandwiches, some good staff members, and some not so good. Try not to edit any sandwich order, like no cheese on one that normally comes with cheese or extra meat. It will create a level of confusion that is insurmountable, and you likely won’t get what you ordered.

Great options for a fulfilling sammich!! If the bread is too much, they can make it into a huge lettuce wrap! You are not shorted any meat just because it’s wrapped in lettuce!!!!

Great service. I ordered on the mobile app and my order was ready and waiting when I got there. Sub sandwich was very delicious and unlike Subway and others this, JJ sub actually had a decent amount of meat on it!

I love Jimmy John’s sandwiches, however, their quality control leaves alot to be desired. This is the third time I have ordered a tuna sandwich with cheese and was charged for the cheese (.75 each time) and when I got to work there was no cheese in my sandwich. I might have gone back but I work across town and did not have time. Another time, I ordered a turkey sandwich and when I got to work, all I had in my bag was a whole pickle wrapped up like a sandwich. That time, I called and the manager was kind enough to bring me the sandwich I ordered. I spend half of my lunch hour driving across town and most of the time wait in a long line but I think I better find a different place to get my lunch.

The staff was friendly, got my order accurately and out quickly. I had 3 sandwiches. We dined in and it was clean, the bathroom too. I would definitely recommend to others when theyre in the mood for a sandwich.
