St Mikes location needs to get it together. I ordered 3 sandwiches online and when I got the order home, the order was wrong and the unwhiches were more paper than actual sandwich. I paid $28 bucks for a handful of lettuce for each “sandwich” and none of the extras I had ordered. I called corporate, no answer. When I finally got a representative on the phone the next day, best they could do was issue a gift card. They had the manager call me as well but because the way the system worked, he couldn’t issue a refund, I shoulda called the store, immediately, yadda yadda yadda. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

At 7:30 on July 16th (google says it’s open til 8) they said they were closed when I went to the drive thru, this has happened to me several times at this location where the employees just decide to close whenever it’s convenient for them. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been to this location and they have completely messed up the order. I’ve called, brought back sandwiches- nothing changes. I don’t know if it’s the person on mic is not listening or the one making the sandwich or the manager. Please Santa Fe peeps, just avoid them. It’s absolutely ridiculous in my opinion, once I get but over and over…..like what is going on over there?

We stopped here a couple of times to use their facilities. We didn’t order any food, so I couldn’t respond to that, but the restaurant was clean, and the bathroom was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was very kind.

Horrible customer service. Gave every excuse in the book of why he didn’t want to do a delivery that was a 1/4 mile from his store and the native american school, and uses safety as an excuse, but would not elaborate on the safety concern after asking several times. Will not ever go to this jommy johns.

Manager Colton Findley is extremely rude, Should not be anywhere near a customer. Lacks people skills and should not be in a managing role. My credit card was charged for the person behind-me on drive-thru lane, They said they would void order, However when I went back 3 days later to follow up on refund Colton Findle refused to look up payment to see if it had been voided and was extremely rude regarding the entire situation, It wasn’t a big deal, its only $14.64, However Colton Findle really needs to know that he should not treat any customer that way he did. He lacks simple communication and people skills.
