Worst location ever. Never takes cash (and doesn’t have it posted or noted anywhere and doesn’t tell you til after your order or have driven to pick up order. Usually never has the items to make the “special” sandwiches anyway. The employee’s are phenomenal but doesn’t make up for the cheapness of management or corporate. Better off ordering something somewhere else.

“Closed” at 830. Went in after not eating all day due to work and just wanted something fast. 2 workers were in there cleaning their areas and one was listening to music on their headphones. I asked if they were still open because I was confused by the environment and unlocked door. They Said no, I walked out and looked at the door which said 9pm. So I went back in to see if I could get something. I was refused but offered a free drink instead. Took the drink, thanked them and walked out. I’ve done food and customer service before, I get the whole wanting to leave early, but “closing” 30 mins before and putting all the food away is a stretch

Freaky fast? No way! 40 minute wait for delivery of 1 sandwich, 1230 on a Sunday. Instructions on order weren’t followed. The sandwich itself tasted good, though I couldn’t eat it on my lunch break because delivery was so slow.

The food was yummy as usual, but the service was HORRIBLE this time!! There were four, less than enthusiastic or friendly, workers there. We had tried calling it order in and for 30 minutes the phone gave a busy signal. I mentioned it to the workers and asked if the phone was or off order. The younger guy at the register went to check the cordless phone, when the older guy whispered something to him. He then said the phone was fine and he didn’t know what was wrong. I looked at the phone base and saw that it shows the phone was “in use”. I mentioned this to the workers. The older guy then told the younger one “go ahead and hang it up”. I was stunned!! They put the phone off the hook to avoid having to take phone orders! Ridiculous!! Then lied to a customer!

I have never been so appalled by horrible mistreatment of staff by management. I saw a manager arguing at staff members for trying to get their closing tasks done. This manager was not helping employees, she was raising her voice and only creating not only a toxic public atmosphere, but threatening work environment for the poor staff members. I felt very uncomfortable waiting for my food. Im so grateful she wasn’t making my sandwich because her hair looked so mis-kept and oily, I do not want an unhygienic, loudmouth manager to be touching my food. Take your business elsewhere.

Mind Your Business
Insanely rude staff. Refusing to answer any questions. Rolls eyes. Extremely impatient. I got a the Caprese Sandwhich and all the tomatoes were frozen solid. They seem to be intentionally mean to everyone because they are not wearing name tags and get to call everyone Karens. There was no way that person didnt know all five tomatoes were rock solid.

Awful customer service. Employees are horribly rude. They had several upset customers at the same time I was in. Bad attitudes and orders made wrong. I wonder how many customers this owner is willing to lose before making staff changes and better managing this location.

Besides the confused spandex wearing axx showing customer that needs of another few more sandwiches that stood less than 2 feet from me,6 feet rule was totally disregarded ,but this was our first experience here was totally delicious experience. As our meals were made completely errorless.
