Can’t speak to the food as I haven’t eaten yet but felt the need to review due to the staff. We did an online order for a group the day before pickup. Upon pickup they chewed us out for not giving them a 24 hr notice which they admitted is not something that is asked of the costumer anywhere. They also chewed us out for not leaving a tip for our pickup order and gave indication we may not even get our food without it. Not even close to acceptable . I know it’s hard to find good workers these days but you got to do better than this.

Freaky Fast? Anything but. After waiting 1 hr 15 minutes, I called to check on the status of my order. All I asked for was an ETA and to confirm that the order had been made and was on its way. The first person on the phone was dismissive and after ONE follow up question, I was handed to the GM. (I did not ask for this to happen, nor was I angry on the phone.) The GM blamed “the economy” and said the driver left 40 minutes earlier with 7 orders, then hung up the phone.

This particular location knows customer service well! The people that answer the phones are personable. For some reason, though, my order was wrong; they delivered a wheat tuna instead of a lettuce tuna wrap. I called, and spoke with the manager. She apologized, and had the order re-sent to me, correctly (in about 15 minutes). Mistakes happen, but they know how to handle customers really well! Definitely a great place to order from!

We were greeted with an amazing welcome as soon as we entered into the establishment and felt awesome. My partner ordered the veggie sandwich and I got the JJ gargantuan and it took less than 5 minutes to get the sandwiches. Delicious as always and I had hot peppers on my sandwich as suggested by the staff, it was amazing and there was barely enough room for all the toppings. Don’t forget to grab extra napkins when getting your sandwich.
