Showed up here to grab something to eat. Some girl tells me that they can only take cash because their computer systems are down. I respond ok, no problem. After further discussion I find out they can’t accept my $100 bill. She doesn’t even bother to find some alternative or way to serve a customer. I will not be returning to this location. Very poorly run and managed. I’ve shown up before in the middle of the day and they have been closed. Don’t waste your time here, pure disappointment!!!

Wow, your Beach Club, with bacon will do wonders for my diet! Spent the whole night throwing up – for sure lost some pounds. Nothing else I recently ate would have made me sick. Purchased evening of 4/2/23 for take out. Don’t bother with a ‘we’re sorry” coupon – won’t ever be eating at JJ’s again.

Delivery is awful at this store, my office is less then a mile away and I’ve ordered twice from this location now. My food arrives over 25 minutes late and the last time it took 45 minutes. really disappointed with their so called “freaky fast delivery”.

My girlfriend and I placed an online order around 5:30pm to this location. Went through as if the store was open. The time for pick up was set to ASAP. As soon as we got there. We found out the store was closed for the night. No idea why the store was closed at 3pm on a Tuesday but it was. Took almost 30 minutes to send a email voiding the original order. Had to find a different shop open past 6pm.

Would not recommend. Very unfriendly staff. Girl at the counter was playing with her nose ring. Arguing me that I didn’t put my n the correct phone number for my account. Was the system instead. Very unprofessional. Lady behind us had problems too. Need training on how to treat customers and get some employees that really care about their job.
