Ordered three sandwiches only received two. One sandwich was completely wrong. When we called back to see what happened the same girl that took her in the first place was snotty and gave us attitude. There was no apology no offering to make the sandwich over, just took the order for the missing sandwich gave us a total and was done with us. This girl needs to find a new job!

This Jimmy Johns is a let down. We have given them many chances to prove us wrong. We will not be returning. Customer service is the worst. We either get the wrong sandwich or have to ask where the rest of our order is.

Ordered delivery of a veggie which is supposed to have avocado. The sandwich didn’t. When I called, they wanted the already bitten sandwich back (which is 100% gross and unsanitary in COVID times) and basically accused me of lying. So they were going to come to my house, pick up the chomped into sandwich, go back once they confirmed I’m not a sandwich thief, make a new one and then redeliver but only to me – but only in person…again unreasonable in COVID times.

Haven’t been to JJ’s in years. Still won’t. Overall cleanliness of this chain has gone downhill. This store is no exception. While he was waiting in line, the worker kept touching her hair with her gloved hand then going back to touching the food. No hat. No hairnet. Just open mouthed gum chewing… he turned around and walked out never to return again.

Another great Jimmy John’s experience. Was greeted as I walked in. My to-go sammy was built in about 30 seconds. 8″ turkey, bread in, cucumber, lettuce and tomato. They are handing out samples of their new dressing – Kickin’ Ranch. Very spicy and flavorful if you’re in the mood for something different on your sub.
