I really do enjoy Jimmy Johns despite this sandwich. Sadly this isn’t the first time this happened either. I order the #12 unwich (no bread, lettuce wrap instead) they also put shredded lettuce inside… why?! No one could possibly want that much lettuce! All I taste is lettuce! I thought maybe the first time it was just an accident but this is the 4th time! I insist you ask for NO LETTUCE if you order an unwich unless you want a lettuce sandwich.

The food is good. The service is 50/50. This last time we walked in and there were no employees around, this was at about 6 pm. After a few minutes of waiting a few workers came out from the back and gave us a very annoyed look. The lady that took our order was pretty rude, they walked to the register and didn’t say they could take our order. Had to stop them sometimes from completing the order cause we still wanted stuff. After we got the food the bread of my sandwich was pretty stale. While we were eating the employees were talking very loudly, to the point that my wife and I couldn’t have a conversation cause we couldn’t hear each other. We normally have good experiences but this time was not ok and doesn’t make us want to come back anytime soon. Please give them a shot and maybe you’ll have a better experience than us but also don’t hold your breath. We have had good experiences at this location but its been more bad than good .

The staff was incredibly friendly! Even the guy wiping down the soda machine said hi to me! My sandwiches were awesome and they remembered everything extra I asked them to put on. Really clean restaurant too! This experience really made me smile 🙂
