The food is always great but I wanted to thank Katie K. At the store for her kindness in saving some buckets from the trash and for a recycled use. I volunteered to use my misting tent at the Logan Gardeners Market on a hot weekend day and was required to have weight on each leg of the tent. The buckets were are reincarnated from pickle transporters to misting tent weights & kid play buckets with the water.

Really good food! The music is always cranked up full blast and it’s very difficult to hear and talk, the workers would not turn down the music at all for anyone. We ate our food outside of the restaurant.

This is by far the best JJs out there! I am a student at Ridgeline and I come here probably 90% of the time. Great service and tasty food for a good price. Even with a 30 minute lunch, I can make it back on time every single day(unless I don’t want to ). The employees are very pleasant and deserve a raise! The free drinks for students is also amazing especially with the amazing ice that comes out of their ice machine. 5 stars for sure!

I love Jimmy John’s and I’ve been a customer since 2016. There are not a better place to get sandwiches. Now, I would give 5 stars because the sandwich and the company itself deserves it but this franchise in Logan didn’t give me the enough good feeling about it. The employees were not paying attention at all at me when I was ordering and I can say a lot of more things but I understand that they looked tired and even the cashier told me that she feels tired.

I’ve haven’t frequented Jimmy John’s that much in that past, but the manager was AWESOME when I got my sub delivered minus a topping. Turned out it was the App’s fault – which is completely out of the management’s hands. After we figured out the problem, I told him not to worry about it, and we figured out a way to correct the mistake on the App for future orders. He said he’d Deliver a replacement sub, and it came in less than 10 minutes! I was blown away with this above and beyond customer service.
