Jimmy johns always have the best service but not this one. The girl who took the young adult in front of me had zero customer service experience. When it was my turn to order. There was no hi or welcome to Jimmy johns like they always do. She immediately said, what can I get for you in a rude and annoyed way. She looked like she did not want to be at work.

Food is always good, and the restaurant has fun sayings all over, but today, the girl with all the tattoos was so rude and looked like she wanted all the customers and her coworkers dead. She was slamming things down and was overly aggressive with everything she touched. She should quit if she hates her job so much.

I honestly dislike Jimmy johns sandwiches and smell when you walk in. My son though loves the place and he’s the only reason why we went there. The staff seemed like they hated their jobs and it showed through their service. Also if it weren’t for the 50% of one sandwich I probably wouldn’t have ordered once since they are so expensive.

Went in for my first time. I said I would like turkey and cheese he directed me to a specific sandwich. Paid for it, he went down to the prep line handed me a sandwich already wrapped and made. Didn’t ask me if I wanted anything on it. He did ask me if I wanted and mayo or mustard packets. Got home and all it was was turkey( like 2 slices) and provolone. Nothing else!!! I DID NOT EAT IT! I will not return.

Walked in and get told they were unable to process payments. But there were folks eating in the dining area and deliveries going out.

First, I walked up and was looking at the menu, I had just broken my glasses so I was squinting and trying to read the menu. The register person mocked me by joking about the amount of options. I informed them I was just blind and didn’t have my glasses. I then ordered a number 7. The register person did not tell me they were out of Capricola. I took my sandwich back asking and they informed me they were out. I asked when I ordered why they didn’t tell and they said they actually had a paper sign infront of the register. I didn’t feel like it was good customer service at any point. Starting by being mocked for looking at the menu.

The service was great and the atmosphere was good, however my bread was hard. I did not eat much of my #9 sandwich because the quality of the bread was terrible.

This is a really good place to grab a good sandwich, but to make it easier on the workers, don’t order catering the day of order ahead and if your in a hurry place a pick up order because during peak times 10a-3p and 6p-8p they work short staffed and make thousands of orders so don’t be a Karen.
