I have never had a little jhon so empty until today, I understand that it is small but it does not mean that it has to come so empty in ingredients, I am always getting jimmy johns in different locations almost every day and today I had an almost empty one with some cheese and a lot of oregano I guess they tried to give some flavor to the “sandwich”.

Just picked up my sandwich and I paid extra for bacon but there is no avocado on my sandwich and it wasn’t cut in half. It’s pretty disappointing that a simple, one sandwich order can’t be completed correctly when there are no other customers in the store. Thanks a lot.

We had lunch there on this day. The one thing I can say about this location, is that it’s always consistent. I always order the ultimate, and it’s always been the same here. The food was good, and the the service was fast, and polite as always. I didn’t give it 5 stars today due to the fact that I was told that the women’s restroom needed attention.

I don’t know why the reviews on this store are so low. I’ve eaten from here many times and the sandwiches are just fine. The only thing I don’t care for is the lettuce as it is obviously bagged lettuce but it’s the same at all sandwich shops. Their bread is good the meats are good, especially the roast beef, they get 5 stars from me. They also have the best cookies! Individually sealed and big enough to qualify as desert.

I picked up my order, and the only thing on there was cheese, mayo, lettuce, and a minimal amount of pickles with rock hard bread. I got the veggie sandwich with a couple things added and the tomato’s and avocado spread taken off. Luckily I was refunded, but I don’t know how you could possibly mess up a simple sandwich lmao.

Last week I placed an order and had it delivered to my office. The order was delivered in a timely manner. (One might say it was delivered “freaky fast”!) I had asked for extra pickles on my sandwich. I ended up with extra peppers instead. I called the location and the representative apologized and offered a free sandwich next time I ordered.

This store has taken SO long to deliver almost everytime I order. Today I ordered a slim 1 with chips at 2:55 PM, and by 4 PM I had called to see if something had gone wrong with the order. The rep said “your order has only been active for 20 minutes, so it hasn’t been an hour. You’ll get it in the next 10”. I got my order and the receipt even shows it was ordered before 3 PM. Ridiculous
