First time inside this location and will likely be my last. The rap/hip hop music the staff had playing was not only way too loud for a restaurant setting, which resulted in two incorrect orders, but also incredibly inappropriate as far as language (including “the N word” and every common curse word). Definitely skip this location if you have children or sensitive ears.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, no accountability. No freaky fast here. I submitted an order for delivery hours beforehand. I’m a sales rep doing a lunch for a client. They accepted my order. When it was 10 minutes late, I called and they said they were just finishing (10 minutes after it was supposed to be DELIVERED). They then told me their delivery driver was busy and REFUSED to give me an estimate on WHEN it would arrive even though said client is 5 minutes’ drive from them. It was unbelievable.

My husband and I were literally the only customers at the store with 5 people working, still took them 12 minutes to make two simple sandwiches, and didn’t even get them correct. I had to add my own toppings to the sandwich when I got home. Your slogan needs to be updated.

Once again my order was wrong. I asked for a #8 cut in half and the halves wrapped separately. When they handed it to me it was one long sandwich. I asked if they wrapped the halves and I got a blank stare. I asked if it was cut in half at least and she said yes. Nope. It was one long sandwich, and when I opened it to cut and rewrap, it was NOT the #8. They rarely get my order correct.
