I had lunch here 8/28/23 and it was awesome! I had a jalapeño ranch chicken wrap, tasted fresh! Nice place to have lunch, good people.

Order a sandwich @ 11 ish (AM) was told 20 minutes gave phone number cause the girl didnt have correct one. 45 minutes later i have to callin to find my order has been returned & no call or contact from them. then no offer of apology for not writing down my number. just we will get it out to you & it take another 35 minutes to get my order….

I had never been here before. There wasn’t a line but now I understand why. I saw their sandwich in the picture and I thought that it looked pretty good. The thing I got was more like a breadstick with a couple paper thin slices in it. It was a major disappointment. I ended up stopping at the Jimmy John’s in Riverdale because I just wanted to satisfy my curiosity. That sandwich was a little better but nothing even close to what’s represented with their advertisement photographs.

You know what we go to Jimmy John’s all of the time. We love Jimmy John’s, yet the one at the Clearfield, Hill afb can never follow simple instructions. We make it a point to state no onions, extra peppers. I got zero peppers. This time I’m telling. This is more than 5xs now I got zero peppers or some how they messed up our order. we know the same ppl are not taking our orders. Not cool. You know what, my day needed extra peppers. Fix this Jimmy John’s.

Big thank you to josh and Tyler for being such hard workers and getting my food to me even though it was 30 min to close. Most places would have told me that they couldn’t deliver to me or wouldn’t have answered the phone. Thanks guys we Appreciate you!

Hey Jimmy John’s, I think it’s time to throw out your lettuce. The picture doesn’t even do justice to how nasty this lettuce looks in person. Brown and wilty. Disgusting! And the bread was so hard, it was pretty much inedible. Had to throw the whole sandwich away. We will be thinking twice before ordering from here again.

Have never had an issue ordering to my office. It’s pretty regular for me to order from them. I don’t know if they have a new driver but pretty basic to just look at an address and go to it. Also have the company name listed on the order. The driver calls saying he’s in the lobby of another title loan company about 5 minutes away. I told him that was not the right business or address he was pretty rude about it. Like I’m sorry you can’t read an address and then when finally delivered he was rude during that too sighing and just not a friendly person at all. Will never order from here again! Unfortunately no way to remove the tip cause that guy definitely does not deserve one! I don’t care about the mistake it happens, it was his rude attitude that did it like somehow it was my fault.
