This is the best location in the treasure valley. Consistency in the product is superior!! The customer service didn’t use to be very good, like a year+ ago, but that’s not the case anymore!! Cleanest JJ around for sure! I only wish I could afford it more often.

I often get a sandwich here on my lunch break. The employees are nice and usually love the sandwiches. Today I waited longer than usual which wasn’t that big of an issue, but when I got my sandwich I was pretty disappointed. The bread is so stale I almost can’t even bite into it. Its like they used the oldest bread they had there. I don’t know how they didn’t notice how hard it was while making the sandwich, but I wouldn’t of served this to anyone.

I lived in Jacksonville FL for 5 years and that is where I first found Jimmy John’s. Fell in love with their sandwiches. Always fresh… always good. So for the first time since moving back home to Boise I went to the Gary lane Jimmy John’s. Disappointed is an understatement. Rude employees…music blaring so loud you couldn’t hear yourself think. The sandwich was poorly made…it had a microscopic amount of lettuce on it…very little meat. When we were handed our order it was not in a bag so we asked for a bag and the girl just tossed a unopened bag at us so we bagged it up ourselves. Worse experience ever at JJs and I have eaten at many.

Ordered #5 Vito. Requested no onions, extra oil and vinegar and to cut sandwich in half w/a diet coke. Got exact opposite. Sandwich was loaded w/onions, no sauce, NONE, it was dry as a bone. It was not cut in half and they gave me a regular coke. #wasteofmoney #nevergoingback

Cambria, the manager (or as she told me “none of my business”) has THE WORST people skills i have had the displeasure of experiencing. She insists on talking over you and telling you when you have an issue and ask for her name that is none of your business and it doesn’t matter. Maybe you would actually understand the issue from the customers point of you if you actually let them talk. When we asked for her to cancel the order because we were unsatisfied she refused and continued to raise her voice and talk over me, in turn, aggressively raising her voice again because I had to raise my volume so she could hear me. If this is how the manager talks to customers I don’t want to know how the employees do since this is supposed to be their example. I will never be returning to any of their locations.

My order took over an hour. When I called to cancel I was told it was on it’s way. I had to get back to work and attend to clients. The delivery instructions said to leave on reception desk, so I figured at least I could eat in another hour when I was done. When I finished helping the first client I walked out to put my sandwich away. But there was nothing at the reception desk. My client went to leave and saw my order sitting outside in the 90+ degree heat and told me it was there. I have no idea how long it had been out but the ice in my drink was melted and my turkey and cheese sandwich was HOT.

Ordered at 1:32 today, 2:05 no delivery yet. Called back at 2:07 was told oh sorry we had a lunch rush, I asked if I could cancel my order he said no its on its way. Called again at 2:27 still no delivery I asked to cancel because I ordered my sandwich almost an hour ago. He said oh she is on her way. No thank you I want my money back! Terrible customer service and obviously liars as well because I live 5 minutes away. Do not wast your time and money.
