I placed an order for delivery and when I received my order it appeared my sandwich was wrong. I ordered a slim 5 and it appeared to be missing the capicola. I called the store and was told that my sandwich was not wrong they were out of capicola and they substituted extra salami… I’m glad they substituted extra salami because I received 6 slices. This store needs help.

Left review at Utah store hoping someone would reach out. Jimmy John’s throws up a generic response to the review telling me if I want to get in touch with a manager I have to download the app sign up and write another message there. No option to reply to the review response I already wrote. Here is a tip jimmy johns. If someone is already upset with bad service and disgusting food safety violations they really don’t want to repeat themselves multiple times. Next message I’m writing now is to the health inspector.

Food tasted good but I ordered delivery and it’s was 24 mins from the notification of its out for delivery to when it was delivered. The store is maybe 8 minutes away, 1st street to 25th, plus it was before lunch rush. On top of that when it was delivered they ignored the deliver instruction to leave outside the right door, they instead took it inside the middle doors of my building to the office area. I wanted it dropped outside the warehouse door where I was working instead of me having to walk into the offices.

Slowest delivery I have ever had from a Jimmy Johns EVERY time. Expect it to take as long as pizza delivery – 45 min or longer. That’s with me living 7 min down the road. Any other city, it’s quicker. This store drags its feet. If you are going to get it, pick it up yourself.
