I have only come to this place twice since it has opened. The first time I went the costumer service sucked, now we are in 2022 almost 2023 I decided to go back and the customer service was even worse. One of the lady’s kept apologizing for the way the other lady took my order and how she severely messed up my sandwich. Im sorry but I we’ll no longer be going to jjs in burley I rather stick to subway and bent bean.

Service was absolutely horrible and that was after they gave our food out to the customer that came in after us employee argued when I asked to speak to the manager the employee with a smirk asked condecendedly “right now? Right now? I said yes right now “then manager shows up I asked her for the corporate number she said she didn’t know it smirked at me and walked off didn’t trust deed food after the level of service and attitude I got I asked for the employees first names neither one would give it to me nor the manager. Will try to avoid returning.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered online well in advance. I ordered around 10:30 for an item I wanted to have delivered at noon. I did this intentionally because I am teaching summer school and that’s when my kids have a break. Noon comes around, nothing. 12:15 comes … still nothing. I called the place FIVE times. NO answer. No communication. I look at my bank and of course my card was charged immediately. I am so frustrated with this place and will never ever order here again. I can’t even call to get a refund because nobody will answer.

I ordered a sandwich for delivery. They called and said they couldn’t deliver, but could I pick it up? I said sure, but I want my $2.50 delivery fee. They said they couldn’t do that but offered free food. Really! I cancelled my order and am still waiting for the money to be returned to my Apple Pay.
