I’ve never been crazy about Jimmy John’s sandwiches. They just don’t have enough flavor. The buns they fit their sandwiches are usually not soft and fresh. I have family members that like their stuff. Maybe it’s just me. I like most every other sandwich chain better. I will say they are fast and there delivery is great.

The day before Yesterday my family and I went ate there. We love going there, love the sandwiches. No complaints there…However one of the staff members who I believe at that time was working the drive thru window, (2 or 3ish) took the liberty of getting upset with my 1 year old for something we didn’t realize she was doing, if not we would’ve moved her away from there gladly. But instead she told my baby in the rudest way to “get away”. And made our whole eating experience the worst and most uncomfortable we’ve ever felt, with a crying baby. If she would’ve brought to our attention instead of taking matters into her own hands like I said we would’ve gladly removed our daughter from there and ate our food in peace. But we couldn’t even finish our food. I never write reviews but this one right here made me super upset.

They took my order at the drive-through, I pulled forward, and they took my money. When I asked if they wanted my rewards number, she replied “I’m sorry, but it’s a little too late for that.“ If there’s a time limit on putting that information in, it seems like the order taker would ask for the information about the rewards number at the appropriate time instead of leaving it up to the customer to guess when is the right time.

Visited this location to get sandwiches for a trip. Sandwiches were put on the counter. I asked for a sack the girl grabbed a sack and put it on the counter and walked away. Wow what kind of service is that. Bag my own order. You want higher wages be better!

We stopped here for lunch, and we had mixed quality on the sandwiches. My two boys loved their BLT’s and my husband liked his roast beef sandwich. I was really disappointed with my turkey Tom #2. It had two slices of thinly sliced turkey on a 8.5 inch sandwich. I asked for all the veggies and the pickles and onions were not there. The bread is good, but I was underwhelmed.

I have TRIED to order from this location twice unsuccessfully. The first time it took over 3 hours for them to deliver. Today it was 40 minutes and I never got any response so I called and they said they had one driver for the entire city?? So it would be at least another 45 minutes until they would get it out. They really need to find a way to reach out to people if they have scheduling issues like this. This is the furthest thing from “Freaky Fast”

I ordered the roast beef and paid for the cheese the order was made and when I got home there was no cheese. I called the manager and he expected me to drive back to the store to put cheese on my sandwich. I asked him to just deliver the correct sandwich to me and he refused because his driver would not be reimbursed. I asked him for his managers name and he said he would not give me that information and to call on Monday. Very frustrating and Dillon the manager hung up on me and refused to answer my call when I called back. Horrible customer service. The point is they manager thinks my time is not valuable. He could’ve made other types of satisfaction.
