I ordered online at eight months pregnant. They waited a full 25 minutes to call and tell me they ran out of BREAD like how do you even do that. No offers for future or current discounts or coupons for free chips, nothing. I spent $20 including a generous tip they wouldn’t return without canceling the whole order. Just that it would be another 30 minutes before they can even get the sandwich made. So disappointed. Never ordering from Laramie Jimmy John’s again!

The Jimmy johns here is hit or miss I love their food but the service is interesting. Today we ordered curbside and the workers didn’t know you had to take it out the car so we waited 20 minutes before going in for pick up. Also customizations either done or completely ignored.

Thank you to Jimmy John’s. Even though we had a huge power outage today (which I’m sure affected them as well.) They still took a HUGE order for us here at UniWyo for all of our employees. I know it wasn’t convenient but they did it, and were “freaky fast.” We appreciate you guys and all you do for us. And of course the sandwiches are always fabulous.

I usually order from jimmy johns when I want delivery. I ordered my usual a big johns with Dijon mustard. Cucumbers, extra provolone cheese when I got it it had mayo no cheese no cucumbers so I called them. They sent me out a new sandwich. They still put mayo instead of Dijon mustard still no cucumbers They did add the cheese. Might be a while before I order from them again

Very frustrated with recent experience with them. Ordered a sandwich with a couple additions. Paid for mind you so the sandwich became some ridiculous price which I then got basically half of the value out of. Received plain. Called and was told they’d send a side as a makeup and then waited thirty minutes to receive a card for a free sandwich.. I can’t eat the card and I doubt they’ll cover my add-ons that I wanted in the first place using this junk. Can’t even call back because they pulled this right before closing a ten minute drive ended up taking them thirty and now it’s too late and I guess I’m out of luck.

Has great food and thank you to the gentleman who was willing to cut my sandwich in half for me as I forgot to ask when I ordered. I would have given 5 stars but very inappropriate to the co-worker who scolding the gentleman that was doing his job and pleasing the customer. The gentleman who cut my sandwich had great customer service and was very polite, however the other employee could use some lessons in customer service and how to treat co-workers!
