First time stopping in to eat we usually order in. Staff was on top of their game. We were greeted upon entering, staff was friendly. During our visit, staff had completed all orders and instead of standing around staff took time to prep the store for the next rush. Guys were checking the store, filling empty shelves, filling the ice machine and cleaning the soft drink area. This location is managed very well and whoever owns it I applaud you for such a great crew!

6.00 dollars for a 6 inch sub? Wow..the cashier even rang up the receipt as a regular. Upon question, there was an apology, of course, and was told that I would be given my sub for gratis. When the manager came to show how to re enter the sub, sans gratis and recharged. I shall never return to the Clifton locations again

Last two trips to Jimmy John’s have unfortunately not been positive at all. Just yesterday I went to the Clifton branch. Had a regular turkey tom. Prices went up AGAIN. There was so little turkey I couldn’t even see or taste it. Two other corporations in this industry have folded locally for the same actions. Jersey Mike’s just opened and is far superior and packed. Manager said there would never be a reduction in value to their food.

This delivery driver was driving while operating a hand held device which is illegal in Colorado his attitude towards being told this is ridiculous and going in the management is not caring towards the community while having drivers who don’t care about what their drivers do then the driver that owns this car, said out load he doesn’t know what I do while driving, which is a concern of public safety this man shouldn’t be driving any more

Honestly, I’m super impressed on how clean this place is, every time I go in. It’s always immaculate, the customer service is absolutely fantastic, the food is quick, and high quality, and that bread though! Subway in Clifton doesn’t make my sandwich with love, like Jimmy John’s does!

Listen I love jimmy johns, but my last experience was not great ordered a giant #9 with no veggies BUT the employees put almost every single kind of vegetable on my sandwich, luckily the younger looking kid with curly hair made it right. if it wasn’t for his positive attitude about the situation i might have never gone back, I got to say I love the staff at this restaurant.

I love JJ but unfortunately you don’t get the same service at each one. My beefy crunch sandwich came dripping in thousand Island. It was so gross. I couldn’t even finish my sandwich. I will be going to the one on 12th and not returning to this one again. I get great service and food from the JJ on 12th.
