Y’all lost a customer today. Your pricing is outrageous and in my opinion unjustifiable. Staff forgot to add the bacon but was kind enough to rectify that by cooking some and handing it over for me to add to my sandwich. My real gripe is with charging extra for avocado but only adding the smallest trace of a mashed avocado smear. A $30 sandwich is as much as a steak dinner, make it worth the money.

Mgr.kenny does not allow employees to accept silver dollars( to includegold sacagawea and president dollar coins)..fifty-cent pieces two dollar bills….my total was 20.64…I gave a $20 dollar bill and 2 Sacagaweas gold coins and said keep the change..they refused the coins so I gave another 20 dollar bill and took my change….and my sandwich was not cut in half as requested…I’ll be ok

Delicious sandwiches. Sometimes freaky fast and yet sometimes it seems they are overworked and don’t care as much. I can say I’ve never had a mistake made on my order like at every other fast food joint.

Stopped here to buy some lunch. But the lobby was closed. Called the store to see if we could get carry out and the guy answers… puts me on hold to talk with the manager… when he returns says sorry we can’t do that and hangs up the phone. I won’t put up with service like this. So we left and took our business elsewhere.

Jimmy John’s is my favorite hands down. I’m used to Denver locations. This location was swamped when my friend went in to pick up my online order. The guac spreads a little off tasting and the kickin’ ranch is super runny almost like water was added to it… Talk about ewee… I’m pregnant and this is not what I was expecting. Still good overall but like do better sheesh. Little nervous about getting a food borne illness lol

Personally, I’ve never had a bad experience here. On average, I come about once a week for lunch – I’ve never had a sandwich I didn’t like. The unwich style sandwich wrap is way tastier than you’d expect, just so you know!

I went there today in an attempt to grab lunch. There were 4 people in the prep area including 1 in the drive through. There was no attempt to provide customer service in the form of “we’ll be with you in a moment” nor did anyone attempt to take my order. They just left me standing there. I have tried this place twice and each time the result is the same, poor customer service and I end up going somewhere else. This was my last attempt!
