Every time I order they forget something. Every.single.time. I try to give them another chance and they never get better. Tonight. I ordered 5 sandwiches, 5 drink, 5 chips, 5 brownies. They delivered, 5 sandwiches, 5 brownies, 2 chips, 2 drinks. No straws. I called back the man said he would send the driver right back (I live max 2 min away) what did he bring back? 4 drinks zero straws zero chips. Now they are closed. So frustrating!!!!

This has to be one of the worst customer service situations that I have ever experienced! I ordered food that never arrived and when I called hours later I was told “it sais it was delivered so I don’t know what to tell you” I requested a refund which I did not receive. Then I decided to give it another try and order dinner for me, my sister, and brother in law. After an hour I called to see what the deal was considering the selling point of jimmy John’s is “freaky fast delivery “ very calmly I explained the situation and was then transferred to a “manager “ who accused me of cussing out her employees and said they were short staffed because a driver had called out do to cancer while she audibly laughing the whole conversation. Not only did I not cuss at anyone I also don’t appreciate her trying to make me feel guilty by using cancer as a sympathy card.

I entered the store later in the evening, about 30 min before closing. The staff had the store very clean for closing, but welcomed me in & very cheerfully served me. The store was immaculate! This particular location has loads of seating for all sized parties from individuals to families. The staff was kind, fun, and enthusiastic. I’m definitely returning to that particular location for my sandwiches even though I live across town! Speaking of the food, I suppose I should mention that too: The food was as expected: fantastic! Jimmy John’s really seems to have the lettuce rap down. As I’ve said before, I eat Paleo & it’s so nice to find a place you can order what you need without sounding like a pain in the posterior! The sandwich was very tasty & when I mentioned that I would be taking the 2nd one to work the next day, the staff wrapped them separately for me!

I wish I could give 0 stars. The staff, one lady in particular, is incredibly rude. I went today to pick up an online order, saw the receipt with my name on it, and started walking out with it. This employee (I didn’t look at her so I’m not sure who she was) just YELLED at me “Um we have more than one pickup!” It doesn’t sound rude when you read it but you should’ve heard the way she said it. I told her my name was on it and left. They barely put any meat on the sandwiches anyways and it is not worth the cost. There’s a Subway across the street, go there instead.

This location is awful. I often order for delivery and this is the location that pops up for me. I always order double turkey on my sandwich and actually get it about half the time. So this place pockets extra money quite a bit from me when I don’t get what I ordered. They also overcook and burn the bread a lot. When I do decide to go in, the staff is often rude. The other day, I asked for a mayo packet because I wanted more mayo and was met with a rude remark about there already being mayo on my sandwich. I will now go out of my way to visit the next closest Jimmy John’s location.

I like the sandwiches but the staff is always rude, except the one guy who makes the sandwiches, he’s nice. The rest of them look like they’d rather be at the dentist and get annoyed when you ask questions. They’ve gotten my special order sandwiches right about 50% of the time too. I’ll stick with JMs. 3/5

Love the food, but I have ordered from here twice in a week. They have taken 1-2 hours to deliver my food. They have also been extremely rude and accused my neighbors of stealing my food. I had an “experienced driver” and they missed my apartment twice. They also expressed how they were doing me a courtesy by bringing my order again… I would agree if I had received the first one. The professionalism of this store is questionable. I recommend picking up and not getting it delivered.
