This place is well lit and space is good. Plenty of seats to be able to talk with friends and family. Jimmy Johns at this location is kid friendly. The staff was nice and made sure I had everything I wanted in my sandwich. When I usually go the sandwich is made by the time I get to the pick up side of the counter. This particular visit I had to wait about 5 min due to a large order in front of me. Not bad overall.

When i walked into jimmy jhons one young with thick eyebrows and small mustache boy took my order, made, and wrapped it, another family walked in and no one decided to help him i find it very weird that they all probably get paid the same but only one person was working. He was running all over trying to keep things moving.

We ordered for delivery and it came way faster than I expected. Unfortunately they did forget to bring one drink and cookie. Fortunately I called and the lady who answered was absolutely amazing and sent a lovely delivery person with the missing items as well as a free cookie! I get they’re busy so definitely not mad that anything was forgotten but they handled it incredibly well. Plus the Thai chicken wrap is freaking delicious.

I ordered the new Smokin’ Kickin’ Chicken Sandwich. It was absolutely pitiful and a huge disappointment. It was almost $10 & smaller than their original sandwiches. Come on Jimmy Johns, do better.

This place is a joke. A meal here costs well over $20 for one person – our bill came to over $35 and they would not accept a $50. With the economy in the state, it is now, and the fact that your average ticket is probably over $20 why would you not accept a $50. I was at a location in town just last Tuesday who took a $50 bill. Ridiculous. Also, the “manager” of the store needs a serious training, was completely unprofessional and rude. Just another terrible managed fast-food place in Falcon.

I would rate it 0 stars if i could. No matter what they always mess up my order without fail. You get barely anything on ur sandwich but they put an obsessive amount of lettuce on it, Youre basically ordering a salad. This location shouldn’t even be open, they cant get anything right.

Absolutely awful service, stood there for 10min before my presence was acknowledged. I had to ask to order something, then I was met with stares left and right from the staff. As I waited, I noticed the same thing, customers waiting to order. Trying to give you business here, I will never return to this location or anywhere else.

I order way too often from y’all but I can always count on you to take care of me when I’ve let myself get to the hangry stage. I hesitate to speak for the entirety of the pickle-liking population BUT I would like to say that I feel pretty certain when people select “extra sliced pickles” for their sandwich that they, like myself, love pickles. I would strongly urge you to reconsider your serving size for the selection just a little bit 🙂 But for real…y’all are great!
