Not once have they got my order right. Today I ordered a beach club, no mayo, I have an egg allergy. Wouldn’t you know again they did extra mayo and no avocado with makes this sandwich worth it. Why can’t you get it right? I’m paying $12 to throw it in the trash every time! Where are the avocados?!? If you’re out say so and if someone has an allergy listen. I could sue you but I’m hoping someone can get it together. The store was empty how about instead of rushing wrong orders. You could focus on doing it correctly. I have wasted soooo much food and money.

I visited for the first time today. I really wanted something a little healthier than Taco Bell next door so I went to Jimmy John’s. The people were really nice and greeted me right away, that was great! I’m giving 3 stars because I feel like I paid too much for what I got. It was $9.35 for one sandwich with no sides or drink. I did have bacon put on my sandwich which may have raised the price?? But that’s quite a lot for an 8 inch sandwich. Also, the mayonnaise tasted like horse radish.

Just don’t go here. It’s not worth it. The last 4 times I’ve order delivery they’ve called and said they didn’t have a delivery driver. Now I understand it’s hard hiring employees right now but this is just ridiculous why don’t have have more delivery drivers? Why don’t you train your employees who are already working there? On top of that I had to ask to get my delivery fee to get reimbursed. That is so ridiculous that they aren’t already automatically doing that? Then I get home and my sandwich has no lettuce. I ordered a vegetarian sandwich and they didn’t put lettuce on it. I’m sick of how horribly managed the Windsor jimmy johns is. It needs to be fixed it’s just ridiculous at this point that.

I am not one to post a terrible review but after having multiple issues with this exact location I feel that it’s time. I ordered a sandwich and paid extra for certain toppings, selected delivery and waited patiently for my order. Upon receiving it, everything I had requested was not in my sandwich, which is frustrating because I paid extra. I called the store and an employee told me that they would make me a new one and deliver it. I received the second sandwich and once again it was made just like the first and was STILL missing the items I paid extra for. The employee told me he would have his manager call me back and send me a third sandwich. The manger then called me and asked what was wrong, after I told her she let me know she could give me a credit or void the purchase. I asked for it to be voided and asked for my correct Sandwich, that I was owed. She then told me that they were too busy and it would take too long to get it to me. She then proceeded to tell me that next time this happens I should speak to a manager and not an employee. What I have an issue with is that it’s not my responsibility to make sure my food is made correctly, this is something that the store should ensure. It was not my fault it was made incorrect 2 times, then to be told they were too busy to help is unacceptable. This has happened far too many times with this exact location and we will no longer order from here.

This place has great food, but horrible customer service. I placed a order on the app at about 12 o’clock and got the confirmation email. 2 hours later the sandwiches not there, I call them. They reassure me the sandwiches are on the way there and the driver is just busy. 6 hours after I ordered the sandwiches I call them again. The girl on the phone sounded far away and did not seem to care. She said the reason the sandwiches didn’t show up is because they didn’t have any turkey. One of the 2 people I called lied. Horrible customer service, and to lazy to cut turkey. If I could give a 0 star I would.
