Got a meal coming back in from a camping trip. They forgot to add my extra turkey to my veggie sub order and when I got my bag of chips in the car I saw they were made in peanut oil. Would have been nice to realize they were an allergen concern before I’d paid for them. Not everyone visiting JJs knows they’re brand uses that oil. Wasted my money. Veggie sub was decent.

Ordered at 1:36 and was delivered at 3:00…freaky slow. Called to check on order and was answered with “ looks like it’s on the way…our driver had a lot of orders”. Ok do your one driver is why my uncooked sandwich just bread and cold cuts is taking more that an hour to get delivered.

Got a beach club to go, and it was a solid 9/10. And if you are even remotely in to brownies. Do yourself a huge favor and try their fudge brownies. 12/10

Advertising “freaky fast” delivery when every single order has taken more than 35-40 minutes to arrive. If you plan on ordering JJ’s for lunch and you have an hour for lunch, forget it. I have to call this place at least 2 times to even find out where my order is. Definitely the last time I order from this location. I ordered my lunch at 11:10am today and it’s almost 12:00pm (still no food).

I am not sure what kind of meat this is, but these large pieces of gristle ruined the sandwich.

Recently ordered a sub and when I opened it up to put mustard on I noticed mold spots had been pinched away? There were discolored rings in the cheese and also the edge of the cheese was dried out. We’ve all left cheese uncovered in our fridge and had this happen, but we throw the cheese out. What’s even worse is that I have to assume this behavior comes from management because the average employee would just toss it, not take the time to pinch away the mold spots. Anyway, disgusting, and I’m not eating at this chain anymore.

The food is usually good but the 300lb+ guy that works there is always complaining and seems to hate everyone and everything. I will drive an additional 15 minutes to Belmar from now on. I do not recommend this location.

Deathly allergic to nuts and peanuts. Didn’t have any label stating they cooked chips in peanut oil. When I contacted them regarding having an allergic reaction I got an email back from them stating they don’t have to label theirs and that they have it listed on their website. If you have an allergy don’t eat at this chain you will die. They don’t care. Wether it required or not at least care about your customers
