The bread is a bit hard sometimes, but the service is excellent. There is another store in town, but we stopped going there because their drive through is frequently closed and the service is poor. There just is no comparison of the way we are treated at this store. The employees are actually nice, whether they feel like being there or not (I mean, it’s work, after all ). They do a great job of putting our order together in the context of the company’s motto, freakishly fast, for sure!

Just ordered five sandwiches and was told I have to pay extra for Mayo packets LOL this is a sandwich shop. I ordered sandwiches and wanted Mayo, so weird to have to beg or be told I’d have to pay for that????? We normally go to another Jimmy John’s and we don’t have to beg for Mayo packets.

I had another incredible Jimmy John’s experience, which is every time I go to this specific store. Doesn’t matter if I order it on-line or walk in, my experience is nothing short of a promoter environment. The young lady who is the manager is always friendly, smiling, helping her staff out, and engaging with customers as well as knowing the regulars. She is a Rockstar and the reason I keep coming back!!!

Food tasted great. Delivery driver was less than stellar even though I tipped him very well. Large part of our order was missing or incorrect. When I called to let them know the manager was less than helpful. When I asked for our food to be corrected he actually asked for the incorrect sandwich back for “training purposes.” When I then asked for a small gift card for our inconvenience he flatly refused saying it was a corporate policy. I find this odd since another location that I order from is more than willing to compensate for mistakes in orders.
