Walked in today to order a couple sandwiches because their drive thru was blocked off with buckets. I was greeted nicely, but then told it would be a 20 minute wait. Normally, I’d understand, but it’s very clear that the management of this location has fallen to a whole new low. Avoid this Jimmy John’s if you can.

I wish I could give less than a 1-star review. We attempted to order a catering and group order for our baseball team. Called ahead, made sure they’d be able to do it before we messaged team- they said “oh sure no problem, put it in online and we’ll take care of it”. Well, that was a big fat NOPE when the time came. Night before we are supposed to pick up our order-suddenly they claimed they weren’t open on Saturdays and couldn’t fulfill the order?? I should have known better. Been several times where the drive thru is unattended, yet they’re open…love JJ but NOT this location. Go to the Cottonwood one!

I’ve never left a google review before but this Jimmy johns location’s service is so poor I had to. I’ve experienced multiple issues with multiple different orders: whether that is them messing up an order’s ingredients, me ordering a sandwich and it was never delivered, me ordering several sandwiches and them not making one of them, leading me to call them to notify about this problem where they said I would get a refund which I never received, and now my household has ordered a couple sandwiches over DoorDash with plenty of time before closing and the order was accepted but not prepared. We tried calling this location multiple times and the phone was busy as if it was taken off the hook. All of these issues have been very frustrating and ultimately making us not want to continue going here. So disappointing.

Unfortunately, I can see why this JJ has 2 stars. Immediately upon entering the restaurant, you are greeted with 2 overflowing trash cans. The people were nice enough, but unfortunately they also lost my order (not sure how?) and I had to go back up after 10 minutes and ask them, which the person making the sandwich looked at me directly and said “I have no idea what is going on here”. Yeah, I guess that makes two of us.

This has happened 3 times now… Last time i placed an order with jimmy johns they called and basically were out of my whole sandwich. I just placed an order and they dont have a driver. I feel like they are always are out of everything or dont have drivers and the customer service is horrible.

A lot of negative reviews. Compassion goes a long way, especially towards the person making your sandwich. I have a good experience every time I visit. I have experienced one long wait time in the drive thru but it was not the end of the world. My order is always correct. The workers are always kind and the manager very communicative with customers. Will be coming back!

Asked for extra turkey, then paid for it. Got, what looks like, less turkey than should be on a normal sandwich. Go across the street to Jersey mikes or capriottis. At least you’re paying for what you get there.

How does a chain restaurant get 2.** stars? “Freaky fast” they are not! Other JJ locations usually live up to the level of quality and customer service that a restaurant should, but this one does not. They are slow and continue to ignore simple requests like, “Can you cut my sandwich in half?”. We have even been ignored at the drive thru for 5-10 minutes! I’ve been there enough to see that there is no improvement in sight. The store manager needs to make some major changes to this location!

This location has great sandwiches as usual, but the service is pretty slow and they don’t deliver. I think this is just due to staffing shortages, but you do have to wait a while for your food. I chose to sit inside a couple times here, and on both occasions the table in my booth and even the bench were sticky. Luckily the location has a drive thru and I think the next time I come here I’ll stick to that.
