Super disappointed, our freaky fast food is never very freaky fast when we order delivery anymore. It’s at no fault of the employees, it seems like there’s one person who works there all the time and then I occasionally see a couple of other folks. This store is severely understaffed and I think if they had even just one more full time person they would be more successful at upholding their promise. The one guy who is always there is always super friendly and apologetic for the wait.

Just spent a lot of money on a delivery order. Delivery driver put our drinks in 2 different places away from each other and then the food at a different apartment. Don’t understand why that happened when we have never had issues with them. They super quick ran down the stairs and sped off out of our parking lot. We couldn’t find the food so I called the store and the manager acted like she had no idea what to do in this situation so probably need to train manager better.

I’m writing this review from the delivery room of Littleton Adventist Hospital, my wife has been in labor for 48+ hours I need something to eat I ordered doordash jimmy johns and it has been 2 hours now and I still have not received our food. I will never eat or give these people my money again. They advertise as “freaky fast delivery” and they are anything but fast, literally I’m across the street and they couldn’t get me a sandwich in 2 hours. Unacceptable.

This store used to be quick and good, but recently they’ve been the opposite. Put in an order and it took around 30 minutes for it to even register. Then I sat around waiting for it to be delivered and had to cancel because I had to go to work. Then when I called to cancel they knew who I was immediately, it seems like the entire time they had only one order to fulfill and couldn’t even do that. The guy on the phone barely seemed to care as well. I don’t mind if you aren’t enthusiastic, but at least say sorry?

I didn’t get a chance to try this location tonight. I showed up with 15 minutes till close and was told they threw away all the bread already. I told the woman behind the counter that they should lock the door in a nice way, as I have worked at a restaurant before and know the importance of having food until the very close. I am OK with cleaning until close but if you were closing at 9 PM you better have food until 9 PM. I was truly disappointed I don’t go to Jimmy John’s often and won’t be back. I am from Arizona and the location I used to work by Used to keep the bread and give it to customers or homeless people who might want it the next day. I ended up at Arbys, and I was able to get something that has healthier bread. Thank you for making sure I got proper nutrition.

I experienced the most horrible customer service. The Girl I spoke to was very rude. All I wanted to know is whether my order came through. If you are busy and short handed, trust me, I get it. She approached me wrong!! It is not my fault if you had a bad day, or if you are short staffed. I simply called asking if my on- line order had been received, because it had been a long time. She hung up on me!

This store is Rock Star status in my book!!! Tried a different store closer to my hotel and multiple times noone picked up. Logan picked up on the second ring. Double checked delivery area and said my hotel was just on the border but that he would deliver my order. Here lickity split and sooo dang tasty. Doe anyone else crave a Jimmy John’s like me…well it is so good. Thanks Logan for the excellent customer service and fast delivery.
