Giving these guys 5 stars because honestly to me the food is more important than anything else. I used to think I just hated sandwiches until I tried Jimmy John’s. Turns out everyone else just makes bad sandwiches. It took one day when I was just desperate for some food and Jimmy John’s was the only options and I broke my lifetime vow of hating sandwiches and tried one to fall in love with this restaurant. Their bread and meat is just unlike any other. I see a lot of people giving them a lot of flack for their customer service. To be fair, as an incredibly regular customer (visiting several times a week for months now), I have experienced a little bit of this. The workers are not the most bright, chipper, happy-to-see you that I’ve ever seen, and they aren’t the best at interacting with customers. They do also have very long wait times, especially for delivery. But 9 out of 10 times they get my order right, and 10 out of 10 times, the food is to DIE for. So honestly, they don’t deserve the low rating on Google Maps in my opinion. There is a reason they are crowded at lunch time. The food is fantastic. Normalize caring more about the quality of the food than whether or not the overworked and underpaid and highly stressed millennial and gen z workers smiled at you or not. 😉

I like the lettuce wrap. Pretty easy to stop in and grab food. The pricing to add a tea and chips was high and surprising. Young men working did a good job.

I had an awful experience at the Jimmy John’s on Arapahoe Road and Yosemite. I went in to the store and wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged by the staff. When an employee turned and looked at me I said hello and he took my order in a very put off manner. He didn’t offer me a receipt, and once I had paid, another clearly annoyed worker flung the string of receipts over the printer to continue assembling. I watched as the employee assembling to go orders pulled out a Kleenex and wiped his nose, put it back in his pocket and continued to assemble to go bags without gloves or washing his hands. I waited almost 15 minutes for my order to be ready, even though I was one of two in store customers. It will take a lot for me to go back or ever recommend to my friends.

Terrible delivery service! Just don’t do it from here. Took over an hour to get one sandwich and some chips. The place is 9 minutes from my house. I decided to order because I am pretty sick and didn’t wanna risk getting anyone else sick, but I guess I should have just masked up and drove there. An hour and a half is crazy!!!!

This Jimmy Johns is top notch, they have always been super fast (I swear they have a driver in the parking lot where I work, with my order already. I put in my order and they driver gets a call “It’s James, GO NOW!”). In 3 years there have only been to mishaps on 2 orders and they more then made it right. The only thing I might ask is to bring back the wraps, they were awesome.

I absoy love Jimmy John’s, for the filling sandwiches they have, but today. I was extremely disappointed when I got home and found out that there was next to nothing in my sandwich, with tiny tomatoes, with a couple of then that still had the core in them. Not sure if I will be returning to this location.
