I hardly ever leave reviews for restaurants. Usually I’m not dissatisfied, but because it is usually just okay food, okay service. I was pleasantly surprised at Jimmys. The place was clean, the service was excellent, the food was fresh and delicious. I was especially impressed with the care they take in preparing and wrapping the food. You’d be surprised at the hot mess some sandwich places serve you! Thank you Jimmy Johns staff for your excellent service. A+

The last 2 times I have ordered from here I ordered and paid for pickles. Neither time did I receive the pickles. The orders were on the larger side and were ordered for pick up. By the time it was realized it was to-date to go back and too far to go back just for pickles. Very frustrating.

Ordered, then waited over 30 minutes for 2 basic sandwiches. There were 3 orders ahead of us. On this visit, I watched all 5 staff members go in the back, for several minutes, engaged in loud personal conversations, laughing, before returning to *look like they were working*.

I normally don’t write reviews but I want to say something about this location. Out of all of the times I have been here I have always received the top notch service from one specific individual, and that person is Tim! Even when he’s running a store by himself he’s always acknowledging the customers, making a the best tasting sandwiches, and keeps a friendly demeanor towards everyone there! As a previous restaurant manager I can say that he’s a trooper for being able to handle a store alone let alone doing the closing tasks alone. I have never seen someone maintain a smile on their face even when they’re running a store alone, that’s hard to do. If I was an executive at Jimmy Johns I would be giving him a raise because he’s truly the perfect image for what Jimmy Johns is supposed to be and what employees should be working there! Please commend him for his efforts all of the time, he’s truly a great worker overall and deserves the praise!

If the owner would fix the appliances, machines, & STOP blaming the employees for not producing quality work & have an Area Manager that expects something out of people that she can not do herself. All of you people that bashed those employees have NO IDEA of what they have to deal with. Name calling for real, how old are you? This Jimmy John’s location is terrible. They can never get an order right and they take forever. I went to pick up my order tonight and there were 4 or 5 workers there standing around doing nothing while I waited for my order and they didn’t even make me the right sandwich. Soda machine drinks had no carbonation/was watered down.

I would give the service a negative zero if I could! Ran out of all the meats all the cheeses but didn’t bother to tell me till after I waited 15 minutes for him to make my sandwiches and then realize there was really nothing in it for 20 bucks! Never going there again! Staff was rude I demanded a refund and they acted like I was taking food out of their own mouth when in turn they were taking it out of my kids mouth!

I ordered delivery tonight for dinner. Almost an hour goes by and still no freaky fast delivery so I called the store. I was told they voided my order because they have no delivery driver. They are in the process of hiring one so they say. Do not order from this store. I will probably be out 30 bucks, I noticed the charge was already pending in my bank.

I ordered two sandwiches delivered and paid $3.99 delivery fee plus gave a $3 tip. After an hour I called to find out my freaky fast sandwich was not made yet. They said it would be another 25 minutes. I said we will pick it up. My daughter waited another half hour while the worker made sandwiches for people in the store. There was no delivery and they took my money. When we finally got the sandwiches the bread was hard as a rock and hurt my teeth. My older daughter got home she told me JJ in commerce city does NOT have delivery. I feel it is fraud to advertise you offer delivery and take my money when you do not offer that service.
