This location is the WORST. My boyfriend placed an order for delivery about an hour ago and it said it would be delivered by 5:00pm. It is now 6:00 and we still have yet to receive anything despite living 7 minutes away from the location. I called to check in on the order status, as it is dinner time so they may be busier than expected, but they didn’t answer the phone. I called 5 times and the phone was never picked up. This isn’t the first time that I have had an issue with this place. There have been multiple occasions where I have tried to drive to the store at around 7:00pm (well before the 9:00pm closing time) and they were already closed. This is the worst location I have ever dealt with and I will never be ordering from here again. Get it together guys!

Just like another recent review, I also placed a mobile order and waited 30 minutes to receive my sandwich. At least a dozen people came in and ordered at the counter after I have already arrived to pick up my order. Every one of them got their food before they finally prepped my sandwich. What is the point of online orders if they will just be ignored until there is nothing else to do?

Placed an online order at 345pm it is currently 511pm. The order was confirmed, yet I haven’t received it and the store will not answer their phone. I wouldn’t recommend even attempting to order from this place. If they aren’t accepting online orders, why did mine get confirmed? If they closed, why did it get confirmed? Then I tried to go to their page to submit feedback, and it will not let me submit. I called and left a message at customer service. Hopefully they get back to me, or I don’t know how I will even get my money back. Ridiculous for a business to be practicing this way.

I want to start by saying the two employees working the lunch rush are working their butts off and making sure everyone understands there will be a wait due to short staffing. They make the sandwiches very well and are very apologetic about the wait times. HOWEVER, upper management really needs to take a look into how short staffed this location is. Every time I make an online pickup order, my order is always 20-30 minutes passed the time it should be ready.

Ordered 10 sandwhices online on a Thursday at 11:00 for our office. We got a call shortly after our order was placed that our order would not be ready for 1.5 hours. It’s hard to imagine how a sandwhich shop located in a market surrounded by office buildings doesn’t have enough bread for 10 sandwhiches.

Resteraunt put our order on the back burner even though we ordered through the app. There were people who got there after we did and they got their food. we ended up having to leave without our food. Jimmy John’s is usually fast but not this time. I can’t figure out how to cancel our order.

I ordered 1 sandwich for curb side pick up, sat and waited for 35 minutes after I checked into my spot (sleeping baby in the car) until I called to check on the order. The girl working said my order was just a few orders behind, but I sat and watched customer after customer go into this location, order their food at the front and walk out long before my order was even being made. I don’t see how this system works when people are waiting for their orders placed long before others. Terrible.
