Ordered, and it takes over 40 mins to get delivered. I will always leave a tip on my order, but it seems as though this location doesn’t care. I work on Saturdays and only have 30 min. If I knew it would take this long, I’d rather drive or order delivery from somewhere else. I called to ask about the order. And they just say, sorry. I’m not sure if they’re busy at that time, but the Freaky Fast is no longer there. Or at least send an update. Every other location that I’ve ordered from is fast and better quality.

Got a vegetarian sandwich. M wife started to eat it and they served us rancid cucumbers. I understand that can happen and called them to see if they could make it right for serving us bad food. The manager was put on the phone and he said “yeah, we know they are. There’s nothing we can do about it.” the fact that he knew they had bad cucumbers and still served them is crazy to me.

Ugh I ordered online for delivery and it was an hour late and I ordered BBQ chips and got plain. If it’s going to be an hour late at least make sure the order is right. I wish I could take back that tip. And so much for freaky fast. More like freaky slow and not correct.

Went through the drive through tonight and had a very bad experience with the lady working. Seemed as if she was the manager, long brown hair in a low pony tail. She didn’t understand our order the first time and after repeating it she still got it wrong, we clarified at the window and she was very VERY rude about it making us feel like it was our fault. We had asked for 2 slim BLT and we ended up getting 2 regular sized BLT. (Paid $20 for two big sandwiches we didn’t want) Not to mention we also got 2 little johns and one of the sandwiches we recieved was completely wrong. After going back through the drive through to let them know one of our sandwiches were wrong she proceeded to say “pull up” in a very aggressive tone before we could even finish our sentence. There she sat with her arms crossed hanging over the window waiting for us. Very rude and approached the problem in such a disrespectful, unprofessional way. I’m not one to write reviews but this one was bad.

I got a delivery today and I was missing a bag of chips. I called the store and they asked if I’d like credit or to have the chips brought back. I was shocked that the attitude was so positive and I didn’t feel like a bother for asking the driver to bring the bag of chips. He came back quicker than I expected and with two cookies and note that said “sorry”. I hope he has a great night. I order from this Jimmy Johns a lot and I’ve never had problems. Thank you to the team at this location, you’re awesome!

Sharing a building with a gas station does not deter this business from providing quality service! While looking for a place to have lunch I tried this location one day and found this location to be swift and fully functional. I ordered ahead on their website and when I arrived my order was already waiting for me. My turn around time was less then 5 min. Since I had ample time remaining and since the weather was nice I had my lunch outside while watching the cars in the drive thru roll through like products in an assembly line, smooth and effortlessly. A quick and tasty lunch, what more could you ask for.
