Usually my husband and I get our sandwiches from another store but at this location we went through the drive through. Where the server took our order and we paid. Once we parked to eat we noticed it was the wrong order and we were not given a receipt either. So when we went back through and restated our order for it to be corrected. When we received the order we decided to check it as I have lactose intolerance and am extremely sensitive to dairy and we asked for no cheese. Low and behold there was cheese even though this time we had a receipt that also said no cheese. We received attitude from the lady at the drive through because of my statement of ordering without cheese and food allergy. I do not recommend coming to this location as the drive through person was more interested in having conversations with her coworkers than hearing the orders over the drive through. We ordered a regular #9 no cheese, no tomatoes, no onions and a Cesar salad wrap no tomatoes no cesar salad dressing. What we received the first time was two #17 sandwiches. Very unprofessional.

First of all…over an hour to deliver when I live less than 2 miles away. Not to mention I got the wrong sandwich and it was DRENCHED in oil. The kicken ranch had a terrible sour taste..def think they added WAY too many peppers because it was also watered down like they tried to add milk to cover it up. Seriously gross. Idk if it’s new people up in there and haven’t been trained but terrible sandwich, and terrible service.

Found someplace worse than Subway. Front windows were plywood. Fountain soft drink machine was broken. Sandwich was turkey, brown lettuce and half ripe tomatoes….

I’d call this place freaky slow. I placed an order online to be ready as soon as possible. My confirmation email stated it would be ready right away. I drove to the store and waited 30 minutes before it was even made. I would not order from here again

TERRIBLE SERVICE! My order was wrong. It was missing items! My sandwich was poorly put together! My cookie was burnt and looked as if it had been stepped on. If u order a sandwich for delivery it takes hours to get it.

Me and my hommie stopped by at like 5 ordered some scrumptious food. But the problem was the staff and workers, we probably heard at least a hundred swears in like 25 mins we were there. I get that they were cool with each other and having fun but isn’t the best environment. Food still shaped though

Ordered food from the 3995 Lewiston location in Aurora. They weren’t delivered turns out due to snow that’s OK. I wasn’t aware. They called an hour later to tell me but they told me that left a message. However, I check my email and the app I ordered through and there was no message. Went to go pick up the food. They threw it out assuming I wasn’t coming to pick it up. They were cursing behind the counter with children present in the lobby. Also, the bottom of the bread was hard like a cracker. Not a great experience

Worst Jimmy John’s location. Response from management was sarcastic and belittling. If you want all the ingredients to make a sandwich yourself this is the place to go. Next time I have an overnight at the hotel next door I’ll eat at the 7/11 in the same parking lot. I’m sure their day old sandwiches will be better.

I’m used to seeing 4-6 people working at Jimmy John’s. This wasn’t the case during my visit today. Only a single employee in the entire store. This employee provided exceptional service and made the best JJBLT I’ve ever had. However, working presents safety concerns for the employee. They are also unable to keep up with customer flow, watch the front while also attending to other store needs such as the bathrooms. In no way do I blame the employee (not a manager) for my experience today. So many missed opportunities for the store and customer service experience due to short staffing.
