I ordered online 10 minutes before I showed up. I waited 15 minutes in the shop. Walk in customers got their food before mine. That’s not right. I saw them putting online tickets behind walk in customers. Stop advertising to order on line, no wait, seriously? It took them that long to make one sandwich? I’m never returning to this location. They always do a great job and I love their subs but today so impressed with this lady. She said the delivery driver quit so I would have to pick up my (very close by) order. I ran in and I’m not sure what happened but she was the ONLY one working and still getting out orders. I hope she gets recognized for her efforts. Acknowledging everyone that walked in and dealing with my catering order could not be easy.

On Saturday I was counting on Jimmy John’s to feed my grandson lunch but found out since the last time I ordered they’d redesigned their delivery routes. I called several times trying to coax, bribe, convince them to break the rule just this once. Nope! This manager ain’t going to ever jeopardize her career with this franchise. Period! Everytime I order delivery they come up with some excuse why they can’t deliver or have to close early.. No bread, long wait times, understaffed, no driver even scheduled, out of ice and drinks, but there always happy for me to come pick it up..? This is something that has been going on for months and at first I thought, maybe I just order a lot (which I DID probably 5x a month for the past 2 or 3 years from this location) , but it seems like now every other time they have to cancel my order and refund me. Have had it happen at least 10x in the past 2-3 months alone. Safe to say I won’t be eating from this location anymore. Have never seen a business ran to the ground so poorly get some better management

This place can not get an order right anymore, never have a driver, always have something broken/ out of stock and always close early. I’m surprised they’re even still in business. Management doesn’t seem to care about customers/the location cause they know how big the JJ branding is, employees can be rude depending on “who you get”, and food is always half put together recently. Just look at any of the good reviews and find me one from this year.. lol. Would rather walk to the next JJ than spend another $ at this location again!

I don’t really write reviews at all or ever, but I just had to write one for this location because of the poor service I’ve received lately. At each time I’ve ordered a sandwich from this location, it’s always either missing chips or some kind of ingredient on the sandwich. Additionally, each order from this location consistently takes 50min or so to arrive despite being much less than 5 min. driving distance from the store. The most recent order: today, took 1hr. 50 min. to get to my door. Will not be returning or re-using this location for myself or for the businesses I associate with.
