I eat Jimmy John’s on a daily basis and this is by far the best Jimmy John’s and town. There lettuce wraps are amazing and they’re always evenly made, they always made perfect. they are super consistent. Every time I’m in the area I always swing by this Jimmy John’s I call ahead and it’s ready by the time I get there and it always taste amazing.

Very fast, have gotten the order wrong a few times and have missed items before. Overall though, the food tastes great, high quality and tastes fresh. The app is their best strength. Can get you free items from time to time but it’s usually these free items that they forget to include.

I love their turkey tom sandwich on sliced bread pairs perfectly with their salt and vinegar chips. The sandwich is healthy but so tasty and fresh. I wish they would sell their bread by the loaf. It’s fresh, has some nuts and raises the level of the sandwich.

Overall great location. The one problem is the hours on google need to be updated. I Went their on a Wednesday and they were closed. The gentleman in the store let me pick-up the order my wife placed at 5:30, but I’d prefer to not disrupt someone while their closing the store. I’ve worked in food service before, and that is one of my biggest pet peeve’s. The owner need to fix this ASAP! If I just did this I’m sure it’s happen before. Someone needs to get on this yesterday, then apologize to your employees.

Third time in a row here they screwed up my order. It isn’t like this is complicated, just don’t put lettuce on it, as I keep asking you. Between the inability to follow a simple instruction and the downright surly nature of the staff, going here is not a convenience, it is penance. UPDATE: This just gets better and better. I was asked to relay my comments via the Jimmy John’s customer service website and this location is not even listed as one of their franchises! What a farce! LOL!

We used to order from this location several times a week and loved it. We were always impressed by the speedy delivery, but the last several months the delivery has been exceptionally slow. We went from receiving our lunches in 10-15 minutes to waiting a minimum of 30 minutes and we are only located 1/2 a mile away. It wouldn’t be as frustrating if delivery wasn’t advertised to be fast or if we hadn’t received quick delivery in the past. Moving forward, we’ll just walk in and order, or choose another location.

Online it showed they closed at 6p, some of the other JJ’s showed to be closed due to the fourth weekend and this was updated in google. I drove all the way here trying to get food in order to make an appointment and they were closed, sounds like the other reviews of this location are accurate, sounds like management is lazy and doesn’t like to work. A simple update would have fixed this issue online
