I’d give this place a zero star rating if I could. I ordered from this location earlier in the year with no problems, and the staff was extremely friendly. I had my heart set on a Jimmy Johns sandwhich today. I pull through the drive-through for a minute (3-4 minutes) and there is no response. I turn around to see if they were closed, but there was a guy standing right by the window, so clearly they weren’t. I pull around in front to make sure the sign is turned on, and it was. So I decided to go around again, and after a few minutes, no one asked me for my order. That’s just plain laziness, How are you at work and not working? When I pulled back around, he was fiddling with the cups.(as you can see it is completely empty in the establishment.) I guess it’s a good thing I didn’t order here because I read previous reviews before making this one and saw mold allegations.

Would leave zero stars if possible. From inappropriate conversations among employees, to mold on the onion in my sandwich. While waiting for my food I saw employees touching food without gloves and they also use their e-cigarettes indoors.

Took 15 minutes to get two sandwiches that weren’t cut in half as requested, was missing avocado spread and the bread was very hard even though they said they just baked it. Staff refused to listen to issues.

We may not be the stores most regular customers, but my significant other and I have ordered regularly enough in our over a year of ordering from this store that reimbursing us our full price or replacing the order shouldn’t be out of the question. Instead I put a complaint in and had to pester JJ corporate for over a week before the owner even deigned to respond to the issue at hand. His solution? Giving me a $10 credit meaning I got a third of what I paid for an order we couldn’t eat back. Needless to say this is unacceptable and that $10 credit will sit unused on the account as we won’t be giving this store out patronage any longer. The manager Mike was always kind and responsive to mistakes, but unfortunately he is tied down by what the owner allows. Paid $30 for inedible food. Response? $10 credit.

Two words: Drive & Thru. The only local JJ’s with one, making this one worth the hike up the motorway, instead of a slightly closer one to the south. That one doesn’t have a drive-thru, but they also fall short where this location excels: friendly, courteous staff, consistent 100% order accuracy, and orders ready at the speed of light (well, maybe not THAT fast, but close). I’ve NEVER had a reason to speak ill of my experiences with JJ’s in Huntsville, Texas, so I highly recommend them if you want a fast, tasty sandwich. If you’re in Huntsville or feel like a road trip, GO to Jimmy John’s in Huntsville!

How hard is it to get an order right? Asked three times to leave the inside of the bread in and extra lettuce, but they could not do it. Should not do drive through. No sauce or mayo either. Worst sandwich ever. Dry and just tasteless.

To be honest jersey mikes beats this place hands down. The bread never looks cooked and has a weird chewy quality i find off putting. The area where they make the sandwiches seems in disarray and not as clean as you would expect.

The GM was very rude on the phone. I order or pick up at least 15 plus sandwiches a month from this store. The one time an order is messed up I call the driver and explain the situation and he is a very nice guy and says “ hey I would be more than happy to drive out that way and replace it, just ask the store if it’s okay” then I did so and talked to the GM whom was very rude and disrespectful. Food industries should do anything for the customer especially a customer who buys multiple sandwiches weekly. INCREDIBLE. Don’t order from here!

Always quick service at a good price. Delicious food. I’d love to give 5 stars, but like other people have mentioned, I sometimes get denied delivery. Being told repeatedly that you do not cross 45.. I’m not past 45 lol. I’m 1.3 miles from your store location. Maybe staff just didn’t understand? whatever the case.. still great!
