DO NOT waste your money here. $9 for a sandwich I could have easily made at home much better. They literally put 2 super thin slices of meat and that’s it, yet still charged full inflated price. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.

I keep thinking the sandwiches will improve quality wise but I continue to be mistaken. While the young girl at the window was very friendly it took four conversations to get my order and they again missed the pickle. It had pieces of cheese and what had the look and consistency of Kraft Parmesan cheese in the shaker. Not appealing at all.

I love Jimmy John’s. This is probably the worst one I’ve been to, though. I ordered my meal through the app. When I got there, their doors were locked for some reason and were losing a lot of business because of it. At least 15 people walked up and then walked off because of it. The line for the drive-through has at least 10 cars in it. So, I called them from the front doors and asked if I needed to wait in the drive-thru line to get my pick-up order. The man on the phone told me no, he would bring it out to me. Pick-up was between 12 and 1215. I got there at 1215, and they obviously hadn’t made my order yet. I waited another 10 minutes out on front of the building for my order. Then, when I went to leave, their parking lot is so narrow that there’s only room for people in the drive-thru to pull through. So I waited another 10 minutes just to get out of the parking lot. I don’t think the slogan subs so fast you’ll freak fits this location very well. Then , I arrived at my destination and began eating my food. All the veggies were on 1 side of the sandwich, all the meat on the other so you never got a taste for everything in 1 bite. There was also supposed to be oil, vinegar, and herbs on it. There were no herbs anywhere, and if there was any oil and vinegar, there was no more than a drop. So, after a sub-par visit, I got a sub-par meal. I probably won’t be going back to this location. Just getting in and out of the parking lot is a pain, and there’s other sandwich shops in the area.

A place in order today 3/6/22 at 7:27PM and went through. I went all the way to the store, and was in line behind another vehicle in the drive-through lane when all of a sudden someone inside turned off all the lights. I called the store two or three times with no answer, so I drove up through the drive-through window. There was an African-American guy there with his hair up in this mask down just cleaning inside (so management knows who it was). He ended up picking up the phone, and letting me know that they closed at 7PM. I told him that I placed an order, he said that it probably didn’t go through and then he hung up on me. I called again, and again no answer. I clearly see the guy inside and he didn’t do anything to try to explain to me why they’re close. This was a very frustrating experience, and I am not returning to this establishment again. I have no idea if my order is going to get refund or not. I’m gonna deal with my bank now. Clearly this guy doesn’t value his job.

So I looked at the reviews everyone was totally right about the parking situation, the building looks as if they kind of stuffed it on that plot of land in front of Home Depot.The staff were nice to me they acknowledge me and everything,but here’s the kicker as some have stated about wrong item in sandwich- I did witness a gentleman who had ordered his sandwich and it had onions in it,And started coughing like crazy he said he wasn’t allergic but they did remake his sandwich with no attitude or fuss.still was an uncomfortable situation especially after looking at reviews before arriving to the location. Then witnessing same issues expressed down in the reviews.
