Jimmy Johns makes wonderful bread all day (they toss it after a couple ofvhours) and their staff is extra friendly. Their selection of ingredients for their sandwiches is top notch but don’t hesitate to customize. Meat selection is very lean and generous. Wait time is extremely short. Not much ambiance inside, but who cares. If you like Roast beef, try #10. Italian meats, try #9.

I pretty much always make the same order: Italian Night Club, no tomatoes, light mayo, extra everything else, and extra Jimmy peppers. Sometimes they get it, sometimes not so much, but it’s never bad. Today, however, this location absolutely knocked it out of the park. This was by far the best Jimmy John’s sandwich I’ve ever had.

I ordered the number 11 with no tomatoes or lettuce. A six inch, meat, cheese and mayonnaise sandwich and a bag of chips. 11 bucks!! Pretty sure I won’t be coming here for lunch again. When it comes to spending 11 bucks on a drive-thru sandwich I can think of a few other places close by that I’d get a lot more meal for my money. Over made up inflation!!

We tried the unwich for the first time. We were a bit disappointed by the lack of lettuce to wrap it which made it impossible to keep it together. We made the best of it and half way down, chopped up to make a salad. All and all was still good and we will re-visit. The kickin ranch is amazing!

Manager’s name is Corey. Today was not Freaky Fast. When my order had not arrived 45 minutes later, I was upset. My lunchtime was over. I had called three times looking for a return on my money and was not offered anything more than excuses for short staff. Customer Service is important to me. Jimmy John’s Mansfield, how disappointed I was in the way I was dealt with today. I feel as though I was being laughed at on the other side of the phone. This place is always my fave go to.

I sat at the drive thru speaker for 12 minutes. The line was backing up around the building. Only after saying “hello” did someone answer. At least post a sign saying that “customers needs to say hello before we answer” so the next person doesn’t have to wait as long. Usually I don’t mind waiting but that blew half my lunch break.
