Come here at least once every 2 weeks. Location and food is great. My order is always perfect. Older gentleman making sandwich is great. Music I think is a little too loud sometimes but I can deal with that. Keep up the great work.

EDIT INCLUDED – Needs some serious help. I placed an order from the same zip code, not even 5 minutes away from my job, and 50 minutes AFTER my order was confirmed i call the store to find out they haven’t even made my food, or so the employee thought – not just that it wasn’t on the way..

I just ordered the chicken wrap. Well, it looked nothing like the menu photo. Mine was in a word, messy. Large and not rolled, just a loose flat mess. I’ve always enjoyed my orders from JJ and I’ll continue ordering, just not the wraps!

Ordered a delivery order two hours ahead of time never received it drove to the restaurant after it was supposed to be delivered because there phones weren’t working as if they unplugged them!!! When i got there they hadn’t even started the order yet. Bad experience not the first time either.

I live less than a mile from this location. Whenever I order food for delivery it takes almost an hour and they can’t find my place and I end up taking on the phone to the delivery driver for 10 minutes.

I gave this place 3 stars bcus of the older gentleman the prepared my food. He was super nice and very polite. The guy who took my order needs some customer skills BAD. He was not friendly at all. He act as though he didn’t want to be at work. This was my first time at this location and it will be my last. I didn’t need him to be all in my face but at would have atleast liked a good morning or welcome in or something. I gave a tip and I really hate that it has to be split bcus only one person deserve it.

New manager really seems to be trying to make a difference and it shows. This location had been a bit rocky the last few months, but glad to give them a chance again. Order was going to take longer than 20 min for delivery so the store actually called to communicate that to me and as an apology/unexpected surprise, they even threw in a complimentary cookie. Appreciate the attention to customer service!

For approximately a year i order staff lunch from this location. 29-34 box lunches once a month for my staff. Used to call and the manager would look my order up and place it with no problem. I decided to walk in and order the same order i do over the phone and was told in person they could not locate my information to place the order and we would have to wait for a manager to come in and place the order, safe to say that month i ordered from Jersey Mike’s. I did call Jimmy johns manager who immediately recognized the order and i explained to him how it was handled. Today my staff selects Jimmy Johns and we gave them another try, i call and ask for the manager. the young lady that answered the phone states she is the manager. I proceed to tell her about our order and how the manager looks up the previous order i place, her reply is the manager will be back in a hour, call back then. No Jersey Mike’s took my order immediately and we will continue to order from them moving forward. Spend time training your employee’s and the value of not letting the customer go without processing the order or securing the order. I guess my $4200 a year is not enough to warrant their attention.
